Unauthorized debit card payment
£44, 79 deducted from my Credit card account for not received, Actodin joint support Capsules, I originally received 60 of these capsules, which are no help at all, and I have an appointment with an Knee joint specialist, there is no way of complaining to this company only an order line I note there are other subscribers with similar problems, I have instructed my Bank not to make further payments, as I believe this is a SCAM!
Payment
I signed up to receive Actodin 60ct and NutriZyme 90 Count Bottle at the cost of £23.70 per month from my Credit Card.
I note that on the 28th of August the sum of £43.20 was taken from my card, which is not the expected amount. As at this time, I have still not received the tablets.
Please can you advise me why I have paid almost twice as much on my card and what the delay may be in receiving the capsules

unauthorised debits
My father ordered Actodin which did little for the purpose it was bought. The "health product" gave my father palpitations and general feeling being unwell. He has been sent further supplies and charged without his authority. The processing address given is Switzerland. The contact number [protected] only deal with orders. There is no procedure to complain, return products or claim refunds. Genuinely believe this is a scam ripping off old people!

In March I ordered tablets which I paid for by credit, these did not do me any good regards helping with the pain so I thought that I had cancelled them. I have NOT received any more and do not want any. but on my April statement they have charged me again. I have been in touch with my bank and asked them to stop any more payments, which they said that they would, but I would like to know how to claim the money back that they have got from my bank
I had a very bad experience in trying to get my money back with Actodin through Nutricell Health out of South Portland, Maine.
