Lottery Disbursement Scam
Received scam letter in the mail from the company above requesting $20 fee to receive prize disbursement of $2, 997, 500.00. If needed for future prosecution of this entity, I will provide photos of documents sent as evidence. I do not at present wish to publish my name and address on this site which the unaltered documents reveal.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Awards Scam
I also got the letter wanting $20 to claim a $2, 997, 500.00 cash award. I get them all. Mine was going back to PMB 410 at 17625 Union Tpke in Fresh Meadows, New York. This is a UPS Store that rents mailboxes so if you get one of these things you will find they go back to some place that rents mailboxes. Thank you Complaints Board.

I received a letter in the mail with the envelope saying original on file. It ha an issue number and a payment agent on the front. Once opened there was this letter or "Disbursement Advisory" saying I had won $2, 995, 500.00. They said I was confirmed by a Data Audit for Receipt of a Check. All I had to do was send $20 as a release fee. I hate this cause I could really use the money haha it wouldn't have to be that much but a little would do
This should be stopped so people will not be sending there money to scams. People work hard for there money and have families to support and then to have scammers try to steal what they work hard for
We have also gotten a letter from this same company thanks for this information it saved us from sending the $20.00 in. Wish more people would check this before they send the money in to them. WM. Madden Kentucky

Dirty Scammers
My mom received correspondence from Addleshaw, Bird & Mitchel (ABM) claiming that she had won 1, 560, 000.00. All she had to do was send the "Documentation Acceptance form" in a "self-addressed stamped envelope to customer service on the reverse PBM 540, 125-28 Queens Blvd, Kew Gardens NY 11415" with processing fee of $25 by December 26, 2013. The payment options available for the processing fee was cash, check, and/or money order. Now what legit company would ask you to send cash through the mail; what no credit card, paypal, debit, etc. I never heard of this company and knew right away that it was fraudulent. Please do not respond to claims mailed to you that you've won anything. She was actually getting ready to mail the darn thing today, caught her just in to prove to her that this company is a hoax.

Received a "Disbursement Advisory" stating that I had "won" $2, 997, 500.00 dollers. All I had to do was send them a check for $20.oo to claim my prize. I looked up the company name on the internet, and found out it was a scam.

I just want to mention how thankful I am for all the complaints everybody has taking the time to mention about the "so call agency" ADDLESHAW, BIRD & MITCHELL. I just received the letter today and I was about to fall for it. I went ahead to make the $20.00 money order requested as a fee for the disbursement of $2, 997, 500.00. Something inside of me told me...

I just received this letter of prize winning for the sum of
$3, 900, 000.00. Thought I would check it out first and thankfully I did. I have been scammed before by phony winning letters for the sum of $3, 000.00 in the past and I won't fall for it again. This is signed by an Amy Thornton of PMB410, 176-25 Union Turnpike, Fresh Meadows, NY 11366. Thanks for the heads up on this one. I won't loose another dollar to anymore scammers. They should know better and I hope the law catches up with them real soon.
