Its service is non-existent. correct me if I am wrong. don`t regret if your claims cannot be processed. their agents induced you to buy and then leave you in the lurch when you want to pay your premiums. they have got their 30% commission. what do they care about you? the government promises the sun about G.S.T. but cannot deliver. A.I.A. promises the sun about G.S.T. but cannot deliver. and isn`t insurance tax-exempted? scratch the head? please don`t buy A.I.A. lies and G.S.T. lies. comment from a senior citizen who has nothing to lose by exposing lies. well don`t listen to that madman. G.S.T. won`t buy us a bad future. well I can only say God help you old fellow. there is no sifat murni in Malaysia. there is only a sifat. if this lie about G.S.T. is not exposed soon everyone will be emigrating overseas. grrr! it is A.I.A`s fault. I shouldn`t have bought from that sham and scam insurance company. people like to scam insurance companies but A.I.A. is the only one that scams its clients and our government is too cowardly! to stop them.
