I paid for the "essential combo", but never received the 4-hour Drug and Alcohol Course, I contacted customer services via the number on their website, and instead of resolving the issue, customer services sent me a link to another website with the same title. All Florida Safety Institute Paid for services I have not received and no response from them on my refund request

I purchased a driving package online for $551.15 on Oct 28, 2022. No response from them on my registration, I called/emailed/texted them desperately, then sent email to refund my money. I got the email to follow a process for refund request. I did the same, and then I got a response stating my refund will be issued by Sep 1st, 2023 (wait time is 1 year). I am still waiting for the refund, absolutely no response from them for my call/email.

Please help on this? How do I proceed further - should I file a complaint legally?

Hi Team, This is to inform, that my 1 Hour Practice Session, which was scheduled on April 21,2023 @ 11:00 AM-12:00 PM, at 17814 US-41 Lutz, FL 33548, was CANCELLED by All Florida Safety Institute due to their instructor being unavailable. The SHOCKING, part was that after spending $40 in taxi & traveling 1 hr. from my home to the above mentioned location...
