After an online inquiry, I was initially quoted a "flat rate" price to move me from Michigan to Florida in exchange for agreeing to book the service immediately "because I was a veteran", and the owner of the company (who was also supposedly a veteran) had a soft spot for fellow veterans. Contacted United Best Moving (Broker) Georgia, contacted All Moving Relocation (moving company) Florida and Movingclaims.net. None of the above are claiming any responsibility for damages or lost items exceeding $7,000 Have a cover letter and excel spreadsheet of all damages and expenses
Desired outcome: Would like moving company to accept responsibility and come to an agreement on damage settlement
