I was living at 2922 West Wells St in Milwaukee, Wisconsin until 2010. Jane Gildemeister brought the bedbugs inside the building, by bringing a used bed mattress in Apt 104. I was getting bitten up by bedbugs inside that buiding! I contacted the building owner Richard A. Weller and told him that the bedbugs were biting me and he did not do nothing about it. LB Gibson called up the exterminator to report the bedbugs inside the building. The exterminator did not do nothing about the bedbugs! I complained to people about the bedbug problem, I looked and applied for different apartments, Nobody did not rent to me, because I was not making enough money until I found a job and moved out of the apartment building! Please do not move in none of Richard A. Weller's apartment buildings! Stay away fromr Richard A. Weller and Alliance of Milwaukee's apartment buildings!

Richard A. Weller is racist and prejudiced against black people and black tenants.Calling black neighborhoods Blackfish Bay, because he lives in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin.Whenever black people rent to him and his properties, Black tenants move out because he don't fix things and he dogs people out! When things are broken in tenants apartments he don't come by and fix things ! Harvey the maintenance man he don't fix things in tenants apartments too.He don't fix the roofs and He don't fix the ceilings when it's caused by water damage.He never fixed Rennard Cotton's ceiling in May 2013 when it was caused by water damage in the bathroom, kitchen and behind the cabinets, That's why Rennard Cotton moved out.Richard A.Weller don't take care of pests like bugs, roaches, bedbugs, waterbugs and mice in his buildings! Black tenants move out of his apartment buildings and don't pay him the rent, because he don't fix things and He don't take care of things! I hope he gets exposed on Contact 6 and Contact 6 investigators.I hope City of Milwaukee shuts him down permanently.

Do not move and rent to Merrill Plaza Apartments at 609 North 31st Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, because Craig Z the apartment manager and owner Richard A.Weller are no good.Craig Z he is Richard Weller's yes man.Craig be drinking beer, he be trippin and He be acting mean and sensitive towards tenants inside that building.He evicts tenants when they call the police on tenants and people.Stay away from Craig Z and Richard A.Weller because they are evil, wicked, and crooked. Stay away from Alliance of Milwaukee LLC, because they are diseased and poisoned to tenants.

What happened at Wells Street Apartments at 2922 Wells Street was in 2002 to 2012, LB Gibson was the apartment manager until he got fired and evicted for embezzling tenants money and gambling with tenants money by going to the casino to cover up for the lost rent money. From 2013 Carlos Hamilton was the apartment manager until he pulled from that building for asking and charging tenants money to get things fixed in their apartment.In September 2013 he got transferred to Merrill Plaza Apartments, Carlos was asking tenants for money, He was like a drug dealer.In 2015, Carlos got fired and evicted for calling Richard A.Weller a white h----y jew and went off on him.Richard A. Weller is irresponsible and don't take care of things in his apartment buildings.

I was living at 2922 West Wells Street in Apt 205 until 2009.I moved out of the building in 2009, because I couldn't pay the rent, What happened Friday night was Heidi Schneider a prostitute set me up to get robbed by doing a sex act in front of me, while the guys were stealing my money from my pants pocket.I called the police that night and reported the incident, The police did not do nothing, The owner Richard A.Weller knocked on my door Saturday morning and told me to be out of the apartment that day, I moved my stuff out of the apartment that day and moved to Indiana.Richard A.Weller and apartment manger LB Gibson let that prostitute move into the building in 2009.That prostitute was trouble in the building, Richard and LB like to see bad things happen to good tenants in that building.I'm glad LB got fired and evicted for his wrongdoing by letting bad people move into that building.Do not move in that building and Do not rent to that building, because that building is trouble.

Richard A.Weller and Alliance of Milwaukee LLC cannot be trusted! I ain't renting to Richard A.Weller and Alliance of Milwaukee LLC no more if they going to do this to me!

The owner Richard A.Weller cannot be trusted, Harvey the maintenance man cannot be trusted, because they say they gonna fix things inside tenants apartments, but they never come and fix things inside tenants apartments, The only time they come and fix things is when you move out of your apartment.Richard A.Weller tips and pays off the building inspector so that they wont shut him and his buildings down.Richard A.Weller and his apartment buildings need to be shut down in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Craig Z is Richard A.Weller's yesman and puppet! Richard A.Weller got bad plumbing in his apartment buildings, because water from the pipes be leaking from the ceilings, Tenant's ceilings be falling down and collapsing inside tenants apartments because of the water leak.Richard A.Weller and Harvey don't fix leaks and ceilings.That's why tenants be moving out of Richard A.Weller's apartment buildings, because Richard A.Weller and Harvey don't take care of things in their apartments.Tenants don't pay Richard A.Weller the rent because he don't fix things and He breaks promises to tenants, That's why tenants don't trust him in his buildings.Richard A.Weller and his apartment buildings needs to be shut down permanantly!

The building owner Richard A.Weller runs a bad business and bad apartments in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, The building owner and The maintenance man is irresponsible, They don't fix things in your apartment, When tenants complain to the manager about what's broken inside the apartment, The apartment manager tells the owner and the maintenance man about the stuff that needs to be fixed, The building owner and the maintenance man don't come by your apartment to fix your stuff that's broken inside your apartment, They wait until you move out of your apartment.Tenants go to Community Advocates, Community Advocates will tell you don't pay the rent, the apartment manager won't evict you, but the building owner will give you a 5 day notice and He will evict you, and you have to go to court.The owner and maintenance man fix your stuff that is broken inside your apartment when you move out. The building owner is a racist against black people in a black neighborhood, he calls the black neighborhood Blackfish Bay, because he lives in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin where the white people live at.

Juanita "Shotgun" Wright asked LB Gibson for $300.00, LB went off and snapped on Juanita Wright for asking him for money.She be knocking on tenants doors asking tenants for money to buy cigarettes and alcohol with their money.Dorothea Faine she was always drinking alcohol, getting drunk and arguing and cursing at LB Gibson.Richard Weller and LB Gibson let a drug addict named Tyrone Washington a drug addict move into that apartment building, Tyrone was shooting up heroin in his body in that apartment building.Richard Weller and LB Gibson let a crackhead named Isiah Mack move into the building, Isiah Mack was threatening and terrorizing tenants by pulling a knife on them and the building manager, The building manager won't evict him, The building manager let Isiah Mack do this kind of stuff to tenants.Richard Weller and LB Gibson rented to Frank Kelly and Albert Collins who are sex offenders.I'm not moving into that building no more!I'm not renting to Richard Weller and his properties no more either, Richard Weller want to see bad things happen to good tenants!

Weller he is evil, wicked, crooked, and shady.He hires bad apartment managers, He hired LB Gibson to become apartment manager at the apartment building on 2922 West Wells Street from 2002 to 2012, LB Gibson embezzled and gambled tenants rent money and my rent money to go to Potwatomi Bingo Casino to replace and to cover up for the lost rent money until it caught up with him.Juanita "Shotgun" Wright told Richard Weller and Craig Z about what LB Gibson did, LB Gibson got evicted and fired by Richard Weller and Craig Z.In 2013 Richard Weller and Craig Z hired Carlos Hamilton to be the new apartment manager on 2922 West Wells Street, Carlos was a bad apartment manager, He asked tenants for money to get his insulin filled because he had no health insurance and no health coverage nobody did not give him no money.Carlos he smokes and he drinks beer since he's a diabetic, Every time when a tenant comes to Carlos about what needs to be fixed in their apartment, He charge tenants money to get stuff fixed in their apartment.When a tenant moves out of their apartment and leaves their furniture behind, Carlos let the tenants furniture pile up, The building inspector comes over every week to the apartment building to inspect the apartment building and sees the furniture pile up in the back of the apartment building, and fines Richard Weller $500.00 to get rid of the old furniture in the back of the apartment building.Carlos was not taking care of business in that apartment building, Richard Weller and Craig Z pulled and transferred Carlos to another apartment building and was replaced by a new apartment manager to take care of things in the apartment building.
