Frauders, thieves and scammers
I 'stupidly" responded to a advertisement on yahoo that I had won and IPad for One Euro and processed a transaction against my debit card- after completing the one euro transaction I received an email confirmation and in it said I would have to pay € 39.99/Month subscription. I immediately responded with cancel my subscription and then went to their website to follow up with the cancellation. and received an automated response. The next day I get an alert from my credit card company to say that I have been charged Debit for 79.99 EUR from the allyourmusic.net so I contact them and wait 3 days for a response in which it says I agreed to terms and conditions of being charged Debit for 79.99 EUR up front 3 months and then 9 months free. What a load of lies and fraudulent behaviors. I have told them I want my money back without response. I have contacted my credit card company and have commenced charge-back procedures against them. In the meantime I will let everyone I know to stay clear of this unscrupulous group. and that includes my several thousand followers on twitter etc.
unauthorised payment deduction
I fell for $1 I phone promotion but they signed me up for subsection. I have been charge three lots of 1 euro and one lot of 79.99 Euros. No response to cancel subscription. I have talked to my bank, issuer of Credit card. They say they cannot block the payment as this is subscription. Even if we block card they still can take out payment. I am worried...

I bought an iphone on line with this company and apple. They said they had teamed up with apple to give these iphone6 for &1.00 but there were only 18 left and the propmotion was only on till midnight last night. So I gave them my credit card to put the dollar on. About 20 minutes later I received an email from them for my receipt and apples name wasn't on it at all. I thought it was legit because it was verified by norton, but only showed all my music as the sender the total cost was eur 1 upon reading down it said my subscription cost is eur 79.99 per month I could choose to cancel my subscription at any time by contacting their customer service by email at [protected]@allyourmusic.net an email receipt would be sent to confirm the cancelled subscription along with a unique cancellation number and had to be kept by the former member forfuture reference in the event of a dispute
How did the iPhone purchase come up? Was it a congrats from your Internet Service Provider? They phished me and used my ISP branding to make me think I'd won something for being a loyal customer and only had to pay $1 to receive my free gift for shipping. I could choose from 1 of 3 iphones. Now they have taken over $300 combined. I've had to argue with my bank to block all charges from them and I've file police reports both in the UK and in Canada under the cyber crimes unit. I am furious
Hi. Mu hubby fell for the same scheme. Did you get the phone or just lost money?
Unauthorized Charge of my VISA-card
On my monthly VISA-cardbill (issued by volvofinans.se) I detected the following entry:
141221 (date) Allyourmusic.net, +[protected] (telephone nbr?), EUR 39.99 (charged amount), K4N2612, 388, 62 (amount in Swedish Crowns). I have never been in touch with that company and, hence, ordered nothing from them.

purchasing an iphone for $1
I paid $1 for a promotional iphone 6 from the above company but when they sent a receipt, I gathered that I had inadvertently signed up for a membership to their music program for 79.99 euros per month. This I never agreed to or sighted the membership until I got the emailed receipt so I am the victim of a scam. I have emailed them but am very distrustful as I gave them my credit card details and am now arranging for my bank to block any payments to them. I am now very worried about whether they will pass my credit card details to others. Please advise .

i was stupid too, but not completely. i made sure to use a debit card that i don't use. pay only $1 my ###. i have literally only that amount on this card and it kept telling me i have insufficient funds. definitely a scam, but a legal one unfortunately. i quickly went through the terms and conditions and i knew i'd be signing up for a free trial, didn't know the amount, but they wouldn't be able to take the money for it. i do wonder however, if now they will keep that number on file or knowing they couldn't get money from me, trash the details? i haven't used the card because i'm currently unemployed, but if i was to get a job, i was going to. is it worth cancelling my account just to be on the safe side? it's a bit of a hassle, but it's not like i really need it at the moment anyway.
Its a scam. I submitted for the $1 iphine as well, as the result. I billed me $131/month for some useless video games.
A good way to avoid these scams if you are unsure is to get a Visa or MasterCard gift card use it till there is $5 or less left on it.
Use it for these kinds of things.
I tried this to but it wouldn't go through as it turned out from reading your comments, it was because they were trying to take more than$1.
This also works when you want to do free trials but they want your credit card on file.
For everyone that's signed for an iPhone if you actually checked the terms and conditions it informs you you're signing a membership that requires a minimum credit amount of 2500 per year so legally it's not a scam because it is stated in the companies terms and conditions they could've just taken that from you first hour of giving them your details and there would've been nothing you could've done about it please be careful and although it is long ALWAYS read the terms and conditions as that is the one thing that any company could legally take away any of your earnings without your direct permission and that is why other companies are promoting them because they're legally making money I think you have to stay till they take 2500 for them to give you the iPhone and they can argue that because no ones stayed around long enough to actually check that but if this company makes you go through the full 2500$€£ process and doesn't give you the phone then it's a legal issue as they have advertised the phone but unless someone's willing to pay 2500 to catch them out they're never gonna be caught out and by then they'll be everywhere
how stupid do you need to be before you fall for this stuff
let me tell you, too good to be true = scam
did any of you received the iPhone6, even with the subscription charges.
It's odd because there's a company called allyourmusic that I've ordered dvds and cds from via Amazon and they've been fine, so I wonder if it's same people or someone using the legit company's name? Similar scam (?) still running in UK stating a firm called Funky Clock are Apple trading partners and will sell iPhone at £1. These companies try to allay our fears by saying we-know-it-looks-like-a-scam upfront. If it looks too good to be true it usually is.
I was curious when I received an email that iphone 6 plus is just for 1$. So I just filled up for that promotion because for a 1$ it is not a bag bargain though. when I checked on my account, 121.75 $ was debited with this 5009 Allyourmusic.net + 4420 Valletta 79.99 Eur Inc O/S fee $ 3.54.
AllYourMusic and RadioPlanets are not "scams" and they are not "fraud". Anyone who take a minute to read the page can easily see that the low price is for a trial membership of a few days. Then the higher priced regular membership kicks in. It's not hidden in the fine print, it's spelled out on the main page as plain as day and only takes about a minute to read through.
If people feel like they've been cheated, it's not the fault of these websites. These same people are the ones at fault for being weak and letting their greed get the best of them. Did they really think that they would be getting a iPhone for $1 with no catch?
Are these websites opportunistic in taking advantage of people's greed? Sure. But any ice cream vendor at the beach is just as opportunistic in taking advantage of people's gluttony. Capitalism thrives on people's weakness.
The weak-minded refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. They paint themselves as "victims" and post here on this thread about class action lawsuits other nonsense that AllYourMusic and RadioPlanets have taken careful steps to protect themselves from.
The stronger people will swallow their pride and admit their error. They will consider the $110 they lost to be the price of a valuable lesson, and will resolve to not make the same mistake in the future.
BEWARE OF RADIOPLANETS CONTEST TO WIN A FREE IPHONE 6 PLUS!
This is a scam and they got me as well. You first give your credit card number to pay a $2.00 fee to enter this free Iphone contest.
What they don't tell you immediately is that you agree to pay a $67.00 monthly fee to subscriber at Radiplanets.com internet radio.
They confirm this later in an email, READ THE SMALL PRINTS! They are Danish crooks, , , I called my bank who issued the credit card and there is no way you can get refunded your $67.00. This is apparently legal... Shame on you DANISH SCAMMERS! A very questionable way of doing business. BE VERY CAREFUL, don't ever fall into this scam,
