My husband got a letter thru the mail not certified mind you and he asked me what I thought and I read it more or less stated he has won 2, 000, 000, 000.00 dollars and he can get it in payments over 30 yrs of 66, 667.00 or on lump sum of 1, 000, 020, 000.00 and all he had to do was fill in the next page and confirm his address and send in $11.98 by check, money order or cash when I saw cash that was another red flag. I knew from the news that they said if you ever receive a letter stating winnings that you don't ever have to send in money.
Especially when it said to make the money order or check out too Master on File which didn't make any sense either. I knew this sounded really fishy. It also states winner's funds are confirmed for potential payments and await winners selection.
I checked out the name and boy oh boy did it come up with Ripoff about this company and had the same exact reward confirmation
number #7824C.
I hope other people have the way to check on these things and dont fall pray to scam artist who are out to rip poor people off.
If it sounds too good to be true it is.

Unauthorized billing
Thank you Florida for reporting this scam. I agree it is too bad the US Post Office doesn't get these frauds. My letter for the $2, 000, 000 for a charge of $11.89 sounded fishy too. Luckily I found you before turning over any personal information.
There is another out there too and I have filed a complaint against them too. They also have a P.O. Box 9101.; N.P.R.C. in Bethpage, NY, 11714. Come on guys beware and do your homework. Even a charge of any monies is an alert. FBI, catch them. It is interstate fraud.

Glad you were here to let people know about these scam artists. I have learned to always check out any unsolicited emails or mailings such as this one. As soon as I opened up the letter and saw I was to send $11.89 to them so they could secure this "premium offer" I knew it was a fake. It's too bad so many people fall for this stuff. May the good Lord have mercy on their soul because I sure wouldn't!
A vigilant weary consumer from South Carolina
Friend had me come onto the internet to find out if this was true or not. I told him anytime you have to pay to win a sweepstake/lottery it isn't real. Think ab out it! Someone is sitting in a real nice island somewhere just raking in peoples money. We need to let people know to never even answer just one of those letter's because you will be flooded with all this foolishness. Don't fill out or respond to one because your name has just been sold to every fraud and scam there is just under different names. You can always go to Snopes.com to find out if any of this stuff is true too.
