Auction Listing Employment Agency Did not receive my refund in full

I made the purchase today and within 2 hours of my purchase I requested a refund. I received an email stating I would be refunded. However the refund amount was less the shipping cost. I called to question it and the representative said that I would not be refunded the shipping charge. I told her nothing has been shipped to me, I just made the purchase!
I told her I want to be refunded the full amount. Click she hung up.
I called again and another representative answered and she stated that if the product shipped I would not be refunded the shipping charge. I told her I just made the purchase and nothing was shipped to me! She said to call back during normal business hours when the billing department and they can review my transaction. Not once did she say that I would be refunded the shipping charge when in fact I was not shipped anything.
I am making this complaint now, because as per a previous complaint by an ex-employee this company does not refund shipping charges even if you just made the transaction and then canceled the transaction.
If tomorrow when I call as per the representatives advice and I do not receive my refund in full + shipping charges I will continue this complaint to the better business bureau.
Do not sign up or purchase anything from this company for the simple fact they will do anything to scam you!

I agree this is a scam. Once you do the certification, you are simply asked to pay more money around every corner.
Where are the products you are supposed to be listing?
Someone should be doing something about these kind of scams! Innocent people spend a lot of time and money trying to earn an income only to be scammed at the end of the day. Is there nothing out there that actually works where you can simply make an honest income from the comfort of your home?
What I really want to knwon though is how to make the $5 per entry that you do for large companies. Does anyone have any idea how to do this and get paid for it?

I WILL SEE TOMORROW IF IN FACT THEY REFUND MY SHIPPING CHARGE. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THESE ONLINE WORK FROM HOME EMPLOYMENT. THEY ARE ALL SCAMS!
NOTE I MADE THE CANCELLATION OF MY PURCHASE WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE ACTUAL TRANSACTION. SCAMMMM!

WOW! I just signed up for the kit $59. I was so moved by all of the info of how easy and great it was. I was excited and in need of some extra cash. I have not recieved my kit yet; however first thing tomorrow I will be requestig a refund. I had a small doubt in my mind that it could be a scam especially not seeing it listed on the Top 10 Work from home list. Oh well lessoned learned...I hope I don't have problems getting a refund...This is very sad and unpleasanst news. God Bless America!

I guess I was also scammed. I can't even access the website, www.auctionlistingemploymentagency.com/memberslogin does not exist. The book came in the mail said to login to this site and start earning right away, but there is no website. I want a refund, but will have to wait until next week because of cell phone overages, more calls will cost me more money. My husband and I are on a fixed income and need every penny, he is a disabled veteran and I stay home to take care of him. I need that money back or access to the site. What a rip off!

I have worked as customer support for the auction listing agency program there customer support is based in san marcos texas 78666 that is not the corporate office to my knowledge I never was told where the corporate office was! Elizbeth Jackson or Jennifer Johnson are not actual people just someone they made up and as for the reps working for the auction listing agency program we are pretty much told without being told to LIE. We never told customers actual information and the website is so misleading which is why we always had to issue refunds! Because I tried to be truthful to customers i got fired from my job! after 2 day training! and working on the phones for a day! If you really want to complain about someone that is associated to this program complain about sheiff services they are the ones who work for this company and who have reps lying to there customers! I am going to complain to the BBB about this company and how they are to there customers and employees! hope this worked and if u need to contact me about this program I WILL REALLY tell you what it`s all about

Please tell me it isn't so. I have been in contact with ALEA (Auction Listing Employment Agency) several times in the last two days, only to ask questions of my "support network". After phone calls later, asking more & more questions, I became even more totally confused Then, when their agents offered little conversation and I knew they were reading off a scripted answering sheet, I had a bad feeling. I even was "disconnected" one time and called back . Of course spoke with another 15 year experienced agent. Even when an agent called me back, I didn't feel like he even knew why he was calling me. I asked him if he was new and he replied that he was just the "welcome agent". He told me to call 888/514-6755 and they would answer all my concerns. I had already made five phone calls to that number. I'll get my phone records, if necessary. After I took my training quiz's that I worked hard on (92%), I was expecting a flashing congratulations and a certificate that I could download. Right! What's up with all this? How can E-Bay be associated? What's Catherine Thomas have to do with all this? One more thing. I have already invested $206. After getting on the website into E-Bay, PayPal, then I am suppose to pay another $39.95 a month to Doba to keep being able to enter auction listings. Not one site mentioned this before hand. It's suppose to be simple data entry . Anyone can do it! That's another subject! I started off on one website initially and then immediately sent to ALEA. So much more to say, but thanks for letting me vent! Something can be done about Internet thieves! Best wishes...

Auction Listing Employment Agency Scam / misleading

I am here to inform all of you this website is a scam and anything run by the nsa technology is a scam they are just out to get your money the program does not work, hidden fees including doba which is not mentioned in the add as well you have to wait till the item sells before you get paid, if item does not sell you dont get paid, the program is fake, they suck you in with misleading information after you register you can get a refund but they dont tell you shipping and handling is non refundable even if you call the same day or minutes later, product still gets shipped out. This program comes under many different websites, at different prices, here is a list of the programs i am aware of they are all the same thing.

And many more known as the jennifer johnson program! Ask yourself this. . . Why is it that no one can ever speak to jennifer johnson herself? Why is it she only contacts through email?. . . I mean face it we all know how easy it is to make up an email address, so where is your money really going? And for what?

Auction Listing Employment Agency I WANT MY MONEY BACK - ITS A SCAM

I JOINED & PAID $197 AS MEMBERSHIP + $97 FOR LESSON + $3.95 SHIPPING & HANDLING FOR 5 FREE BOOKS IN WHICH CASE THE COMPANY WILL BILL $39.95 EVERY MONTH IF I DON'T CANCEL IT. SO TOTAL OF $297.95 WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT THIS MORNING.

I ATTENDED LESSON 1 AND PASSED. WHEN I TRIED TO GO TO LESSON 2 - THEY ASKED FOR MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD TO WHICH I TYPED SEVERAL TIMES BUT STILL "WRONG PASSWORD" FROM THEIR END.

I DECIDED TO GO BACK TO "HOME" WHEN I SAW THIS COMPLAINT BOARD ABOUT THEIR SCAM ACTIVITIES.

I NOW PLEAD TO GET MY MONEY BACK AS I'M NOT INTERESTED TO PROCEED WITH THIS DEAL ANYMORE.

I ONLY HAVE THEIR TOLLFREE NO: [protected] AND BEEN CALLING THEM SINCE. UNFORTUNATELY, NO ANSWERS AT ALL. FYI, I'M RESIDING IN AUSTRALIA AND I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK, URGENTLY.

MY EMAIL: [protected]@yahoo.com

OMG! Thank god I followed up about this company / scam... I too joined up a few months ago, paid the $197 and have had subsequent amounts taken out every month, latest charge was today with this on my statement...

877.2141995MYONLINEI
$45.32

I managed to send an email via the login site 2 months ago, and was never replied too. I found that particularly weird.. Whoa and behold, check my statements very clearly and they have taken amounts of or around $45 every month on the 20th... I have logged into the website tonight and I cannot load the page for "Contact Us"...

I cannot believe I was so stupid to sign up as I truly thought it was legitimate... if I remember clearly I did find it through facebook.

I tried dialling 2 Amercian numbers tonight, 1st call said they not in the office (fair enough) 2nd phone call said "Lines to this area are busy"... hmmmmm suspcious...

Needless to say I have prompted bank action and putting in a dispute for any further charges... I think I should get a refund of the monthly deductions given I could not get in touch with this so called company..

God this makes me mad...

My email is blargle_77@hotmail.com

Great! NEVER give them your password! Or do you mean you were trying to type it on a page? Hopefully it wasn't the SAME password you use for everything else! Man there has been so many hijacked email accounts lately sending spam .. yours will probably be next ...

As for gwa gwa blaming Facebook .. that is the thing I don't like about Facebook is they say they are on top of security but the privacy issues are slack (people complain about privacy yet befriend everyone who likes the same thing as them... but that is another issue for somewhere else) but they don't tell anyone that the advertisements on the side are just advertisements and not through Facebook at all! Infact a lot of the apps (applications) are not through Facebook neither! I got an email telling me to play a new game on Facebook and I would have fallen for it too except that it went to an email of mine not even associated with any Facebook at all! So then I looked into it farther and was surprised that scammers are on the "Causes" site .. and are not checked into.

So beware .. don't just go believing everything you see on Facebook! Geeze! That is like believing every infomercial on late night TV!

Buyer Beware is a well known legal term that needs to be repeated more often anymore!

I experienced the same situation as of the above. I've been sending them email to request refund. Initially, they replied to me and saying they already filed the record and once they received the parcel back, refund will be issued. However, I've been waiting for a month now. Nothing is really happened and they don't reply my email anymore.

I just want my money back and want to do something to stop them. Facebook.com where I got this advertising link from should stop and responsible for this scam.

Thank you,

Auction Listing Employment Agency Deceptive Advertising

I responded to an e-mail in which this company was looking for individuals to work form home processing auction listings. The ad. promised that upon successfully completing the 10 day course, I would immeditely begin working for several well known companys at a rate of $5.00 hour for every order processed.
After reviewing the course material, I realized that the lessons did not correspond with the course description. The lessons focused solely on selling on eBay.
I contacted the company and voiced my concerns, I was told that they were offering the E-bay material in order to maximize our earning potential...this way we will have mulitple sources of income, not just from the data entry work.
What is most disturbing, is the fact that these criminals operated multiple scams. Once you sign-up with them you will be contacted by about a dozen others offering you other services. I learned my lesson the hard way and want to prevent others from falling prey. I know that the individuals that operate these scams have no conscience and will continue to prey on individuals desperate to earn some money during these tough times.
If you have been scammed, there are several things you should do. First you must report the company to the Ohio Attorney Generals's Office, Next you should write a letter to your credit card company explaining that you did not get the service you were promised(print a copy of the complaints on this site and send it along with your letter). Next you must file a complaint with the FCC. Most inportantly, you should complaint to your local television station, encourage them to conduct their own undercover investigation.

My expertise is in dialects and deconstruction adverts looking for incongruencies. Basically I look for scammers and original offers.

This Auction Listing Employment Agency didn't even make it past a legitimate website (using international trading standards).

I won't go through all the minor clues. The most obvious one is the request for personal information whch can be used against you such as your ID details of your education DOB etc. Which quite frankly if you are buying a product or service you should NEVER have to give.

For fun I filled out the 'Application Form' with obviously rogue information, such as first name: Scammer; Last Name: Scams; Reason for joining: Want to Scam people -well you get the gist.

Viola -Low and behold they approved me to BUY their product. That was mighty kind of them!

Notice subtle clues like this on other websites

BEWARE - This really is a SCAM!
I too signed up to be an auction listing agent. Like others here I found that this company probably doesn't even do that but, instead is a protal to Jennifer Johnson courses that start at $200 and go up to over $6, 000.
I got suckered into the $200 one because it was sold as training lessons to be an auction listing agent. It is not! Instead it focuses on selling your own stuff on eBay. I have read the $200 material (Home Job Placement) and find that it somewhat informative but is of little help in actually getting you started or doing a better job at selling online.
Again, like others here, I feel this company is using the good old fashioned "Bait-n-Switch" only online instaed of in a brick and mortar business.
I hope I am able to disuade someone from spending any money on this because it just plain is not worth it at best and money down the drain at worst.
Thanks, Rob

We apologize for any confusion about our program. What we offer is not a data entry work at home job. We do not promote this. We offer a refund policy so that anyone who is unsatisfied can get their money back. Whether the reason for requesting a refund is due to advertising, or do to the fact that a customer simply doesn't think this is the program for them, we will refund them if the request is made within 90 days of purchase.

Thank You,
Auction Listing Employment Agency

Auction Listing Employment Agency Scam for money Empty Promises

Saw this what seemed to be like a real news reports with real user feedback. Although sceptical at the fact that it sounded to easy. I wanted to try it. Then I got to the part about having to pay for it. 9.9 times out of 10 i would have definately walked away. But I read about it on the news so I fell in and paid $197! It still looked good from thier untill it came right down to it. I did the training and everything it offers but when it came down to working for them its a total scam. I am working on getting my money back with the bank and I will.

The bad thing is that I saw this website with a completely different name when I first started but after I paid the name changed to AUCTION LISTING EMPLOYMENT AGENCY so when I looked it up to see if it was a scam I got no results because I was looking for Home Job Placement [censored]...

I paid $197 and completed the course. I see now that I am not actually listing something for a compnay but rather running my own store selling their product. That was not the impression I was under when I signed up. What everyone is neglectin g to mention is that there is a "hidden fee". I have to register with Doba and pay a $40 a month fee for them to drop ship and that was not the impression the agency gives in their FAQs. How is this scam affiliated with Doba?

Verified customer This complaint was posted by a verified customer. Learn more

I do not favor anyone placing their information with employment agencies.
How many jobs opportunities can they provide for you? Many.
But, how many emplyment agency employees have access to your personal information at any given ime? Many.
But, yea, if they get you a job everything is all cool?

Auction Listing Employment Agency Its a Scam!

I believe that Auction Listing Employment Agency is a scam! I paid my $97.00 believing that I was going to be learning how to auction off their products. The email that I received wrote that I would not have to buy or sell anything, but after reading my 2nd lesson I know now this isn't true. In the first lesson it tells you to set up a PayPal account, and in the second lesson it tells you how you need to buy low and sell big! They are very misleading and I demanded that they stop my lessons and refund my $97.00! No response from email, and forget about contacting them on the phone- no one ever answers! I hope everyone sees this and learns from my mistake, and I hope that this agency gets sued for its misrepresentation.

The problem is, is that its easier to find a needle in a haystack than it is trying to get ahold of these people to get your money back. If this is a legit business than you should be able to get ahold of them during their business hours, or get a next day response by email. But you dont. Read some of these complaints and the problems that alot of people seem to be having just trying to call! Its the fact that their website is misleading.

If you need a phone number to call, the Auction Listing Employment Agency keeps spamming my complaint page with thier 1-800 number. Annoying. Its [protected]. From the sounds of things, this is getting worse! I at least was able to email them (repeatedly) and get my money back. Good luck.

Like I've said, this is a scam! I received another phone call from these people telling me that they're so happy that I've bought the program. Again I told them that I cancelled and already received my refund. I also (for the 2nd time) asked them to please take me off their list and stop calling me. I'm so glad that I posted this complaint when it happen to me. However, I'm so very sorry that all of you had to go through it as well.

A couple days agol, I received a phone call from Auctionlistingemployment. Only the guy on the phone didnt say that name, I dont remember what it was. Anyway, he was thanking me for joining up for classes. I told him that I didnt join up for any classes and to please stop calling me. Then he says, "you dont rememer paying $97?". When he said that then I knew what this was! I told him that I cancelled a long time ago, and to stop filling up my phone with missed calls! (If I dont recognize a number, I wont answer.) The guy gave me attitude and hung up. Never again will I order anything off the internet!

I purchased what I thought was a course that would train me to become an aution listing agent on e-bay. Then I got a high pressure phone call, wanting to get my fiance on the line, I told man on phone I was thinking that I was going to be listing products for Furtune 500 companies on e-bay, and all I was getting was how to sell on e-bay. I was suppose to get paid $5 for each item I listed. Wrong! Now I am trying to get my money back. What a joke, this makes me not want to try any work at home computer business!
