A family member registered her interest at the website of AUSFIS as gives an impression that it is actually a government agency, if not for its small prints.
So she received a call from AUSFIS, and thinking its a government agency, she actually was taken into their marketing ploy. They asked for so many personal information before asking for her credit card information, saying its for security purposes information and this was a secure line. She was gullible enough to give the credit card details. And then only this person from AUSFIS says, there is charges of USD 1.5K for a package on migration (includes CD's on english exams etc). My family member then says, please hold on the charges and need to discuss with the family first. However, minutes after that, the card was charged for USD 1.5K. A google check on AUSFIS later revealed that it is a UK based company, in London, and they have cheated many customers like this. Since they have a so-called 24 hour call center, she calls them and asks for clarification on why her card was charged so quickly and she would like it to be reversed. They replied that this would need their Manager to look into this and would take 24 hours for them to come back.
The Manager later calls and says that there can't be a full refund since service was rendered and the package has been sent. Eventhough the package is sent back, there can only be a partial refund (partial -1/3 rd). According to them, she consented to the service since she 'repeated' the amount of their service based on the so-called recordings they have. She did mention that she had clearly said that to hold on the charges, but this reason is not entertained. They later emailed the tracking number of the courier but the dates are far after she cancelled it.
Is there anywhere she can lodge a complain, probably a regulatory body to recover the amounts.

This company called me, had all my details, scammed me into giving my bank details to them "for record purposes" and within 2 minutes, all the way from Australia, cleaned out my bank account. Apoplexy and hysteria is a mild descriptive. My bank said sorry. The police say I must go to a department that doesent answer emails and phone calls. The banks fraud...

Ausfis Cheated me out of money, never payed me back and wont respond!

I recieved a phone call on monday the 29th of August from Ausfis, the lady speaking was Veronika Gail.
Having survived a farm attack, I have been desperately searching for a way to get out of South Africa. So when she started talking to me, I got so excited that I didnt listen to the alarm bells going off.
At some point it got to the credit card details and payment. I told Veronika Gail that I am not able to pay R2214.09 now, but I asked if it would be possible to pay her at the end of september, that way I can save up a grand each monthh and still have enough money to pay my bills.
She assured me that it would not be a problem, and she just wants to start filling in my information so that we can get started, she talked about availablility, and how important it was to "secure a position".
When she asked for my card details and security number, I did not want to tell her, she put me through to her manager, Mr. Chris Jordan. He assured me that it was totally safe, they have a SSL system. What ever that means. I told him repeatedly that I cannot afford 2k right now, he insisted that he just wants to put it on his records.
2 minutes after the phone call, my bank texts me, my account has been debited. Im furious, I call them and he says the best he can do is a 30% deposit back into my account.
After that I talk to all my friends and family who live in Australia. Then I look on the internet, literally hundreds of thousands of people insist it is a scam.
Heart pounding, Im panicked, they have taken from me all my money, I called back and insisted on talking to Chris Jordan. The telesales man said he is not in. But he put me through to HIS manager, guess who, Veronika Gail.
So Im allready gagging on the "something fishy", and tell her in no uncertain terms that I want my money back. Any company with as bad a reputation as they have, I want NOTHING to do with.
She said she would get Chris Jordan to email me.
That was monday evening, and tuesday morning.
Since then I have called back 4 times, each time I ask for Chris Jordan, the phone gets slammed in my ear, or I get put on hold and no one ever picks up.

I am panicked, I dont know how I am going to pay my bills, buy food or get to work this month, September has not even started yet, and nomatter how many times I call and email www.ausfis.org, they dont do anything.
The picture attached shows gramatical errors in their email, and the horrible excuse they use.
They said if they do pay me, it will take 7 to 28 working days, which is ### according to my bank, because if they were able to take all my money from my account in 4 minutes, then it cant possibly be such a vast time difference in reverse.

Please people, when you read this blog, understand that I am NOT an unsatisfied customer.
They swindled money out of me. I am literally financially crippled because they were negligent and purposefully abused me.
Dont do business with Ausfis. Dont give your credit card details over a telephone conversation.
Dont become a victim of crime.

I would like to inform you regarding phone call fraud agent calling from uk -www.ausfis.org - AUSFIS Organization.
crm@ausfis.org Tel: +[protected] Fax: +[protected], then they operating from USA ELIZABETH, NJ - EAST HANOVER - USA . Unfortunately it is happened for me on 4th august 2013. Because i am preparing my registration to Australia. Through Facebook they advertise the online en query for the Australia immigration. After some time A person called me and his name MR Tom Adams phoned me. He started to ask me a couple of questions just to check if my profile was acceptable for the Australian requirements. Afterwards he asked me my bank details. Concerned, I asked if I was going to pay something and he said no, that he just wanted to check if my credit was acceptable for the Visa Company system to continue with the process. Then he ask the first 6 digit of credit card to verify the bank status. and he just wanted to check if Credit card were also eligible. And then… I had 1119 Doller stolen from my credit card. Suddenly i inform the bank to stop my credit card. But they told me to wait 45 days. and i gave the dispute letter to them. I am totally disappointed about this experience.

We had the same thing happen to us. I have been trying to call them to cancel the service as we have not even been on their online assessment but the numbers on their website dont work. Where did you obtain the cancellation form from? I called the bank to try reverse but they said the money has already been banked and that I must call card division in the morning. I'm not sure what to do as they also took around R5000 from us. Please can someone help as to how I go about canceling this and getting a refund.

Same thing happened to me, they deducted R4950 from my account and I feel so bad that other South Africans are falling victim to such fraud. If you fall victim to such crime contact your bank or credit card company to REVERSE the payment make sure you do this quickly because there is a limit period for this and the maximum days that this can be done is 30 but it is advisable to notify the bank in 3 days. The next step is to CANCEL your card and get a new one because they continue to deduct money when you least expect it. Also obtain a cancellation form from ausfis to prove to your bank that you cancelled the service IMMIEDIATELY. This needs to be done in writing as it is legal proof the bank needsto motivate the reversal process. Once the money is back in your account consider it a life lesson and never ever give your card details over the phone! Its time to shut this scam down because I can definately confirm its a scam! And now my bank also agrees because they also confirm that ausfis uses suspicious accounts in israel and elsewhere.

This organization is just Bull ###. I registered myself on their website for immigration services and next I got a call from Adam White of AusFis working in so called late night shift 2:30 am in the morning. Initially he seemed reasonable but then started falttering about my qualification, experience and that i fulfll everything need to get the family imigration...he talked to me about 20 mins. Then he handed over the phone to her manager Nicolas Johnson who was also very flattery and there she stuck on credit card things. She just wanted to have my credit card information to process the application and open the account for 687 Euros. Her fraud mentality clicked me and i gave her wrong credit card information and she also gave me an option to pay by paypal and wire transfer which i later discovered was a total trap. I am working in Middle East and warn everyone here and else elsewhere of this trap where you will end up loosing money. They will try to impress you about their knowledge about middle east governments immigration policies that you can't be national there, Australia is great, good education, security, bla bla . Be Safe . Sam

Ausfis SCAM

A women calls and explains in her american english about visas and migration to australia.she insists i have my credit card details disclosed, which made the story fishy.however after i looked at their web site and the phone calls made by the white lady, i thought it was genuine and payed 400 pounds. after a week ahe sent a email that i have chances to win a visa and had refered me to a next immigration consultant which will incur more expense.so i figured out that this AUFSIS is a ### scam.
For customers please restrain from AUFSIS, ITs a ripoff.

Despite my numerous calls to the number Ausfis have provided in the website: +[protected], email to customer service address at : csr@ausfis.org and filling up the form at http://ausfis.org/ContactUs.aspx. Each time an email is sent and form is filled up, I get an auto reply saying that I will be contacted within next 24 hours, then 72 hours and now 7 working days? Till now, no one has contacted me but only the days are prolonging
I would like to cancel my service and request for full refund as I’m not satisfied with the service Ausfis is offering and I’m disappointed.
I was convinced to pay USD 1867 for myself and spouse via my credit card for The Australian General Skilled Migration Program. When I find out about that it’s a scam. i tried to reach them via call and email to cancel my purchase and request for full refund, however I could not reach Ausfis at all and unable to cancel despite getting auto reply that I will be contacted but till today no one has contacted me

I´m from Brazil and today I got a call from AUSFIS asking me if I would like to immigrate to Australia. The talking was so far so good until the people over the line asked me for my the first 5 numbers of my credit card. I felt something strange about it (I was already scammed once by people from Nigeria - pretending to be from England and selling products).

AUSFIS tells you that they will send some english learning cds, books about the country you pretend to immigrate to, etc... ALL FAKE!

So, don´t jump in... it´s a SCAM (this time I googled for "AUSFIS" and I didn´t give my credit card number).

Yes, absolutely ausfis is a scam! It is linked to natively.com, saying that their supplier of the language package they were offering as of this time to their prospect victims. Is there any way to report this and how to get our money back?

Hello AUSFIS website visitors,
Me and my partner are looking to emigrate to Australia. This afternoon I visited the AUSFIS website. There was a "CALL ME BACK" button which I used and whowhowhoooo, I just received a phonecall from Joan Miller from AUSFIS. Please note that I am residing in Spain ! The phonecall took about 10-15'. Mrs Miller told me that, with our skills, we would be finding a job in "her" (she is Polish) country in no time! The only thing I had to do was pay € 388 EUR for the both of us and everything would be arranged. I would receive a login and password to use their website and a lawyer would call me, ...
She was asking (not to say obligating) me to fulfill payment at the very moment but I told her that I needed to speak with my partner first - who was sitting next to me! Mrs Miller will call me back tomorrowmorning first thing in the morning, ... I had a very strange feeling about this, ... untill I googled the company, ...
I can just not believe that, even before arriving in the country, we have already been cheated (at least, they tried to cheat us). Australian autoroties, please have them buckled up and stop these scams that rip people off !

Any comments from AUSFIS are welcome !

AUSFIS is an assessment review provider for the Australia skilled worker visa programs. These visas are determined by a points system. Our personal review of each client’s case determines how many points a person has before they move forward in the process.
It is a process that is time consuming! It also can be potentially very expensive if not done correctly.
Once you are found eligible for the Australia program and you choose to continue the process you will assigned to a professional migration consultant from an experienced migration law firm that continues the process with you till you get the visa.

Ausfis is of course a genuine organization that offers professional and experienced service with thousands of customers around the world.

Hi
I filled in there form and received a call within 30 minutes..Wow to good to be true i thought.
I have a vere good Cv and i am very keen on going to Australia.
What i did find very un proffesional was that they wanted to debit €149 straight away.
Be carefull...it is a Spam site and even if it is true that they do process certain requests, i am shure it is 1 out of 1000.
The lady i spoke to was kind, almost too kind and even asked my facebook? she never accepted me anyway!
what ever you do dont give your ccv number of your card...
there are many forums about this site and i can garantee you that it is a spam site.
if not, why not offer the service and as the visa application gets accepted, Pay afterwards!
Cheers
