Barclays Partner Finance reviews and complaints
Extra taxes
You need to call an 0800 number which is taking in 14 minutes 10 pounds just to be cancelled. I made an application on 20 March 2020 for an Apple product and was accepted, they've sent me on the email all the details and the documents that need to be signed. On 21 I've completed/ signed them and sent, they received them on 23 at and signed for delivery at 6:46am. On 24 still still waiting for them to answer I've made a call which was cancelled by them resulting in 10 pounds lost and not even an answer. They can't be contacted on a normal email address like any legit company's so I consider this a scam company.

I was sold a loan to pay for exterior redecoration and weather-proofing of my house. I was told that the loan would be over 10 years, but that I could repay some or all of the loan in a shorter time period. When I asked how to establish how much I would have to pay each month to repay the loan within one year, I was told to contact Barclays.
I have done so: I have been told both that they can, and that they cannot, tell me how much I have to repay; and that I can, and that I cannot, make that calculation for myself. The most recent communication I have had from them, which I understand precedes their final response, is that they cannot tell me the amount I have to repay, but that they cannot tell me why not.
They have also referred to an "interest rebate", and to the interest being "front-loaded" - so I have to repay more interest at the beginning of the loan repayment period than at the end. Neither of these issues was mentioned at the time I took out the loan, nor in any of the documentation I received.
