Beauty Sculpt unlawful withdrawal of money

I too have been scammed. I phoned Visa and they said there isn't anything they can do because when I took the $3.95 trial offer I only had 14 days to cancel and I hadn't recieved the product yet. I am supposed to phone and cancel and then they can't charge me anymore. When I said I would take the trial offer, I didn't say that I wanted anymore and they should allow you to try the product to see if it is any good first. If you try it and don't like it then you cancel. I have heard now that they won't answer their phone for you to cancel. What am I supposed to do now? Help would be appreciated.

Beauty Sculpt Withdrawal of money from Credit Card

I recently sent for a "free" sample of Acaiberry and Life Cleanse from Beauty Sculpt on payment of postage only. The goods arrived and they took two lots of 99p from my account on the 19th October and then a further two payments of £74.14 on the 5th November . Their phone number is [protected]. When I rang them they told me that as I hadn't cancelled within 7 days they make a charge. The matter is now in the hands of my local Trading Standards Office

The same thing happened to me... the charges on my CC were from 'Body Sculpt' for $119 US dollars.. two charges so far were put forward. the trial was advertised as free - no commitments just pay shipping... I received the trial bottle and nothing after that; just charges on my Credit card two weeks apart.

Beauty Sculpt Theft

Paid £4.10p for a sample of AcaiBerry Detox
One of their "free offers" postage only.
This duly arrived in the post, as packaged.

The scam is that a month later, £76+ was taken from my account using the same details.
I have received nothing in reeturn for this so it has basically just been stolen.

My bank has cancelled that card and I have agreed to co-operate with the police. By now though, company has probably stolen much more (shows on account as PS-BILLITTEEXPRESS charged to Beauty Sculpt.

Might as well have put their hand in my bag and taken my purse.

I ordered a "free" trial product of acai berry and colon cleanse, been charged only for shipping, but after this order beauty sculpt has been taken money from my account twice!
And i received another pack of the tablet, what i didnt even want! So i called the company's customer service and i learned that the free trial was for 15 days, after the free trial i should have canceled my account! They offered me that they would refund the whole amount of the second package i received, so i'm waiting for that now! (The customer service assistant didn't even know what beauty sculpt is, or if the charges are coming out under this name)
If the same happened to you call them asap! + [protected] (Int)

I sent off, using my credit card, for a two weeks supply of Acai berry and Colon Cleanser, they sent me one tub of Acai berry and one tub of Colon cleanser. my order was for one of each at a cost of £3.99 each, totalling £7.98.

I didn't think anything of it until I recieved my credit card statement and saw that a company called Beauty Sculpt had taken out four payments of £74.14 a total of approximately £296.60p.

The address that they charged the £3.99 from is supposed to based in England in Kettering, I have rang many times, but no-one answers the phone. Obviously this address and Beauty sculpt are in this scam together.

I can't believe it, My husband and I are struggling as it is, this has really upset, me I feel like such a fool.

I got a free sample (postage was $2.50) with the name "Get Stronger" in the identification line on my visa statement and then noticed this charge for $133 from a company with a different name - Beauty Sculpt. I haven't received any more products, and contacted ANZ who are lodging a dispute claim and will stop any more money being deducted from my card. They say it will take 3 months to resolve.

I too have fallen prey to this scam - order 2 'free' postage only samples of de-tox and weight-loss capsules, and have now had £71.40 removed from my account - twice - so am over £140 lighter. Does anyone have any contact details for these vagabonds?
