This betting site has been so awful. First of all they put me in a rewards program that I was totally unaware of. I deposited $125.00 and they said in order to get a payout, I had to bet $2, 509.00. This site is a total scam. They will cut your account off at anytime if you start to hit a win streak. I know this because I ended up winning 14 consecutive bets and customer service calls me and tells me that I can no longer bet with them because their website is not for professionals and recreational use only. I told them I was a 27 year old college student and had no background in being a professional gambler and they said sorry we can't change this decision! WTF! They basically cut my account off because i was starting to win. Never use betus.
They make withdrawing your money extremely difficult
Just try to get them to send you your winnings. They make withdrawing your money extremely difficult. They'll take your money with a credit card and the click of a button but to get your money out, you have to email them a scanned image of your credit card, both front and back sides, your state ID, and a form you download. You then have to scan it or take a picture of it and email it to them and fill out a request form with all of your bank info, account #, bank address, routing number, BIC Number (never even heard of this, had to call my bank). Then wait for them to approve your withdrawal. Makes betting very unfun. Avoid them.
I understand what you are saying and agree with you it is a pain in the ###, but this is standard procedure for on-line Sportsbooks. Anytime a credit card is used to deposit it must be verified prior to getting a withdrawal. The first one is always the most difficult after everything has been verified payouts should be quick and efficient.
sports book internet ripoff
These guys are a bunch of con artists who do business as an online sports book called betus.com. Talk about some scammers and confidence artists they are thieves! To make a long story short I lost the $1200 that I started the season with no big deal. In Feb 2010 I made a $500 bet on the super bow. I tried to retrieve my winnings and they would not let me have the money because they said I had signed up for a rollover deal. So then I told them I want to close my account and I wanted my money. Several days later, an acct mgr named Will called me and said everything was fine and that they would send me my money. The next day, a Mgr named Adam call me and said that first I used a business card even though it had my name on it and they could not pay me the $500. I then told them that I had lost $1200 earlier in the year so that is also an invalid bet so actually they still owe me $[protected]=700) if they want to figure it that way. I now need to take it up with my bank and mastercared because it is a credit card attached through my bank account. Please do not do business with these ###. They do not pay. They need to be stopped and shut down. I will put the heat on them through the credit card company as much as I can and also get on every rip off web site there is. Back in the old days they woulda been taken out to the everglades with concrete blocks and steel chains as alligator meat. do not use these guys use another reputable company. these bums will not be in business for long. These betus ###s have ripped me off as well. I am an avid tennis fan, and bet on last year's U.S. Open. I won over $200, and was ready to cash out when they replied that because I received their free 10 percent bonus I had to make over 500 dollars in bets in order to cash out. Needless to say, by the time I made the rest of my bets the money was gone. These ###s always know that the house wins the longer you stay in the game. Anyway, I tried this site one more time, and this time, I made sure not to click the button to receive the free bonus. As you can imagine, once again, when I received my amount it said that I had requested the 10 % bonus (which I did not). When I called them, a stupid ### answered and said that he was sorry but he couldn't help me. I took the time to explain my situation to which he showed no concern and continued to repeat that there was nothing they could do. When I asked to speak with this high school dropout's manager, he told me that he would have someone call me back. Needless to say, I never received a call back. When I called again, they continued to dodge my requests at speaking with a manager and told me that there was nothing that they could do. These ###s are the most disreputable, illegitimate, incompetent organization you could ever imagine. ### BETUS and ### all those DUMB ###S who work for this ###ED UP ILLEGAL corporation. Let 'em burn to the ground. . FOH REAL!
You got ripped-off by an overseas online gambling service. Who could have possibly seen that coming?
My experience with betus was similarly awful. Readers, please do yourself a favor and do not use betus. I won a few thousand on football off my initial deposit of about 200. They refused to pay me out and they gave me the run around every time I called, hoping of course that I would end up gambling more and losing my initial deposit and all my winnings . They refused to pay out and this dragged on for weeks. I had to get nasty and finally they cut me a check ... then about a week later my credit card company called informing me that there was thousands of dollars charged to my credit card and a bunch of stuff was shipped from Canada using my name and information. These betus employes stole my identity and betus didn't protect my data from the thieves who work there. Betus is a very shady company full of criminals. I've filed complaints with various agencies and I'm working with my credit card company on all of the fraudulent charges.
Misgraded Wager
I started using betus.com about 2 months ago because i liked some of the lines they had compared to bodog and beted the other two sites that I still use. However, I put $31.42 on a tennis match, and actually lost the bet, but when I got on my account early in the evening it had shown that there was a wager refund for $31.42. I had deposited $50.00 to bet on some more games that night because I wasn't aware of the misgrade. Well late that night I did a bunch of bets for the nfl games on the next day and emptied my account. After the college games had ended I had won a couple of parlays and had a balance of around $150.00. The next morning I wake up to bet on a few more games and they had taken the $31.42 back out of my account, and when looking at my account summary they actually did it when I had zero dollars in my acount and showed that I had a -$31.42 balance before I won my parlays.
When I called betus, I first got the run around to 4 different operators and finally got to someone who said he could help me. He looked at my account said he saw the there was a misgrade and would have to talk to his supervisor. I later talked to the supervisor and he told me that the misgraded the game and later went back and corrected it. I have actually had things like this happen on both beted and bodog, both companies handled it the same...they didn't not take the money out of the accounts of the players they had misgraded but rather corrected the accounts of the wagers that were actually winners. I actually talked to someone from beted about it and they said it was there mistake and that it helps serve as a reminder not to do it again when you have to pay money to people that you should. Betus however said thats not they way they handle, my next question was when my account was at -$31.42 what would they do if I had lost my parlays and all my nfl bets the next day, would I have to pay them that money and he said "yes, its like making a bet on credit." To which I replied, "so your telling me when my account reads $0.00, I can still bet?", his answer..."no sir". After that he said there was nothing that he could do for me my account balance was right.
PLEASE DON'T USE BETUS.COM...BETED.COM, BODOG.COM, SPORTSBOOK.COM ARE ALL MUCH BETTER WEBSITES WITH MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUICK PAYOUTS. STIR CLEAR OF BETUS.COM IF YOU LIKE BETTING ON SPORTS AND ACTUALLY GETTING YOUR MONEY!

Opened my very first online betting account with them(stated betting NFL last year in Vegas..it was fun. $20-40 parley bets..nothing big). It didnt take 24 hours before Is started getting calls(2) and texts(3) from other online betting/online casinos that had all my personal information..In other words they sold my personal information. Maybe even my banking. I called to complain and they didnt seem to care. Telling me to call those other places and ask them to stop. Im very concerned my banking information is now out there because of them.

Watch out for the withdraw fees. They charged $40 to cut a check. Hope to receive one in about 2 weeks.
I love BetUS
I am also in dispute with BETus, they have my money and will not return it to me. I have pointed out that the roll-over system they have is not valid as I was scammed into opening a book with them. Betus dont want to know and will not pay me back my money. Even when I offered to return the free bonus out of my own money, they still wont relent. BEWARE this is a scam which is running with SPORTS BETTING CHAMP who suckers you in with assurance of 90% to 95% wins, which in reality are useless. BETus in fully aware of this scam and still pay him large bonus for every victim he gets to sign up with BETus.
I Also, have been trying to get payout from (Bet Us.Com) for 3 weeks. If you are thinking about opening an account with off shore site..try another. james
