I cheated from officers of Bharti Axa life insurance
Dear Sir
I have a policy of bharti axa life insurance (pol. No.[protected]). Officers of bharti axa by who deal with me are madam vandana from Chandigarh and onkar singh from Patiala. They told me that this policy is 5 year and 30000 rs. Per year according to written agreement and gave me interest of 10 to 12 % per annum and after 5 year your all money will be double, on natural death you can claim money of 300000, and on accident you can claim 600000 rs., medical claim per year 200000 rs. And also they told which money you invest our company we gave you detail of that money as written agreement, and according to policy plan the installment of 30000 rs. Per annum is up to 5 years only and the all benefits of policy I can take up to 25 years and also get back my all money with interest of 10% to 12% but the policy benefits are remain for 25 years.
But when I get written agreement from the company, all term and conditions are opposite according to the company oral conditions. According to written agreement I can’t get any medical claims, they also drop my interest 12% to 7 % no fund allocations and did not show fund values and terms of installment also increase from 5 years to 25 years
Madam Vandana and Mr. Onkar back stub me. I take this policy for the name of Airtel Company but this officers get the airtel company name down. When I contact with customer care on [protected], I feel that I am cheated by both officer’s madam vandana ([protected]) and Mr. Onkar ([protected]). I also have the rough page written by onkar singh.
Now I want to take my policy back because all terms are opposite. Please help me for take my policy back, also gave suitable punishment to that officer they can’t cheat with other persons I shall be very thankful to you.

Mis-selling of the policy
Hello Madam/ Sir,
This is in reference to Bharti-Axa policy number - [protected].
One of the associates of Bharti Axa i.e. Jupiter Insurance sold me a policy stating that I will receive immediate bonus if I take a new policy worth 50, 000 on the basis of my old policy with Bharti-Axa. Claiming that this is some bonus scheme for existing Aspire Life Customers from Bharti-Axa and he was calling from Bharti-Axa head office.
I recieved the policy document on 29th Sep 2009.
The Person who sold the policy over the phone gave me his name as Sameer Chaudhary and was in touch with me till End of November stating that the bonus is taking some time and I will surely receive the bonus. Suddenly he vanished (presume he got his commission on the policy) and his phone numbers ([protected] and [protected]) went switched off.
I informed about the same to Bharti-Axa on 2nd Dec 2009. There was no response from there resolution team. From that moment I called bharti-Axa helpdesk on numerous occassion but to vane. Finally on the 27th April 2010 I got a letter from Bharti-Axa that the policy cannot be cancelled as it is outside the 15 day period.
Bharti-Axa never gave me the new contact number of the person who sold me the policy or made me meet the person or asked him to give me a call to explain his actions.
Presume there was no action taken against the agency which sold me the policy and the person/ agent who sold the policy.
Need your help in sorting this issue and getting my money back. I want to cancel this policy and don't want any customer relation with a company which can't action a simple request.
Thanks & Regards,
Saket Rawat

Policy Lapse
I hold a Life Insurance from Bharti Axa, [protected] which was Mis Sold to me by an Advisor of Bajaj Capitals. He had hidden all charges from me and had also forged my signature in the Policy Documents.
On complaining to Bharti Axa (Kankurgachi Branch in Kolkata), they had also taken my policy documents along with the complaint letter, assuring me that they will take some actions against Bajaj Capitals and make sure that my policy is cancelled. But UNFORTUNATELY nothing happened. They dismissed my case and have not even given me my policy documents back. Since I have not paid my premium because of all this chaos, they tell me that my policy has lapsed.
Is this the level to which they can cheat their client?

Salary
Dear Sir,
To the Manager,
I was working in Bharti Axa Pune Camp Branch from Nov 2007 to Jan 2008. I resigned in Jan 2008, in spite of repeated follow ups, i am still to get my dues from the company. The HR in Pune office is not at all concerned and says that Bombay office has not yet cleared my dues.
I request you to kindly attend my issues as early as possible.

I don't know what the laws are in India, but in the United States you would have a 30 day free look period in which you can cancel the insurance for a full refund. I would ask about that.
