It took this company less than 24 hours to assign me as a "money-launderer" according to their internal policy. A policy that dictates nothing official or verifiable, and cites that they are the final authority and can keep your money or pay you according to their whim.
Then, they cited a need for documentation that must be supplied to avert the loss of funds (where do you think that money goes?) including an "apostille" which is documentation that must be issued by a governmental agency certifying the signature and office of a notary operating under their authority.
So, your identity documents must meet their terms, a copy of which must be notarized, and then must be certified by a governmental office (the sec state's office in the us) and then returned to them for acceptance or rejection.
And this must take place within 72 hours.
If you've ever dealt with a governmental agency on getting anything, you know that's simply not going to happen. Copy your docs, get them notarized, go to the sec state's office and apply for the apostille, garner certified funds to pay the associated fees, submit the docs to the agency, wait three to five days for them to validate the notary, then another 5-7 days to receive the apostille through the mail.
These people have quite the system to steal your money.
