Tracking an order on their site.
I tried tracking an order I made on Bulbhead and it is impossible to do so on their site. I hope they are not a scam org. the tracking number for my order is 92748927005744000002095051. Please help. Thanks. The order was made on Fri. May 20th, 2022.

I ordered a Comfort Grip hose attachment with Fire Nozzle Technology which I saw on my IPhone in May or beginning of July--and it is not what it is supposed to be --does not have high pressure--its not more than ordinary attachment we already have--however--I cannot find any info on line for the phone number or name of company to ask for a return.

I ordered a dog water dish (buy one get one free) for approximately $25.00. I received the dog dishes and was charged appropriately. Now there is a pending unidentified charge showing on my debit card for $55.00 +. I want to know what this charge is for, and I want the charge cancelled.
