Overbilling
I had a one year contract with Bullseye Telecom that I understood would cost $67 per month, but Bullseye charged me $105 each month and every time I called, after long, long wait times, the representative said they would look into it and get back with me, which they did not. This happened every month until June, when the charges were adjusted to the correct amount of $67. Bullseye overcharged me for 10 months of the time I had my one year contract (see attached contract). Now they are trying to charge me $275 for early termination although I did not terminate before the one year was up. And they are also charging me for phone service from 8/18/08 – 9/17/08, after I have already changed phone services to another company.
Stay away from BullsEye Telecom!
Bullseye Telecom convinced me to switch from AT&T/SBC, promising to save me money on my phone bill, at least $5.00 per month. (I typically pay $38.00 per month to AT&T) I got my first bill, and was surprised to find that it cost me $5.00 more per month. I called to complain, and cancel the service, and Bullseye sent a final bill that totalled nearly $140.00 I would like to warn everyone to stay away from bullseye telecom.
