I signed up for Cintas in January of 2022. I asked questions about being able to cancel at any time without penalties and they replied ' Oh of course" I told them I don't do any type of contracts just in case something better or less expensive comes along because I'm such a small shop. She assured me that it was fine, and I could stop the service at any...

Cintas Bad service and ethics

I was at first moderately satisfied with the service. The paper towels, mats, and toilet paper was definitely convenient. For me difficult financial shortfall set in and I was having a difficult time keeping up on the costs. The staff was helpful but I had no idea that the agreement bound me to five years. When I was turned over to collections I began receiving harassing phone calls. I am willing to pay what I owe $461.58, if I can have the assurance of Cintas that I can pay COD for one month and then cancel the contract. The so far I have no answer about this but I am continuing to receive threatening letters from their collection agent got two on the same day. Had I read the complaints that I now see on line about Cintas I would never have done business with them. I truly want to pay them what I owe and move on. If I could afford the service I would not be behind on my payment. I have not been current since the end of the year. The reason I can't afford the service any longer, not because I don't want to pay.

Cintas is nothing like they claim to be. Our mats are no where near clean! Why are we paying for cleaning them? Then when this issue was brought up they try get you to sign on longer for new mats. Our mats still are not clean and they expect to sign on longer!?

Local GM has too much power. Our GM treats a handful of people GREAT and the rest like dogs. Our location GM is garbage.
