I tried to change my membership 2 times under settings to Manual and both times it went back to Automatic renewal and now ClassMates.com will not refund my money for $39.00. When you email them they don't care that your settings will not save and say your membership will not be renewed after the year is up. I do not recommend this site to any one they are a rip off.

classmate.com unauthorized withdraws

Regarding classmate.com, they can't keep getting by with renewing you account after you have canceled. I'm feed up with this. This month was charged being a member of [protected]@athomerewardsplus.com also unauthorized. They are somehow connected with classmate.com.. Scam, Scam, Scam I'm broke and they able to get by with this! Who do we talk to ? Called there phone number and there either closed or you get the run around and are told its getting taken care of Please Help!

Why am I being billed $39 and no notification for your site that does not work everywhere classmate.com is advertised at. Please refund my $39 and I will be changing everything soon. I expect to see it back in my account and an email of your corrective action;

I was charged 39.00 on my check account for something the I haven't been on In over 6 month and haven't ask them to take out a payment for my membership and now there are trying to take it out of my check account just because they have a card number. I am having problems log in to cancel my account.

I was just hit with a $39 from Classmate.com. I would recommend that anyone dealing with this product make sure that scam of automatic renewal be checked to do not renew. The product is not very good and they also set me up for two other items when they gave me the $9.00 trial. I also like to comment on being put on hold for 20 minutes when attempting to find out about how they renewed the product. This company really smells.

classmate.com has withdrawn money from my bak acct. which has caused me overdraft fees i did not authorize this transation they renewed my membership without my consent
