Claudia Joy Zucker
Ms. Zucker is extremely straight forward, and tells you like it is. The people who have made these complaints, are not actually her clients. Matthew James Gulbransan is the ex-spouse of her client. Ms. Zucker exposed Matthew James Gulbransan in court when he attempted to evade paying his wife $210, 000 in spousal support by unilaterally changing the terms of a court order without notifying his wife, and submitting it in a fraudulent manner to the Court. Ms. Zucker exposed the issues, and Mr. Gulbransan must now pay his wife the money. Mr. Gulbranson is lashing out at Ms. Zucker in a slanderous manner, because she hit him where it count.
Ms. Hey was Ms. Zucker's client for a very short period of time, and NEVER missed a filing deadline for any appeal. Ms. Hey lost her daughter to CPS before Ms Zucker was hired. Ms. Zucker negotiated a deal to have the child returned to Ms. Hey if she agreed to have a 24/7 nurse for a period of time. Ms. Hey rejected the deal and fired Ms. Zucker. Ms. Hey testified at trial, that she rejected the deal because she could not afford it, yet she ran up over $300, 000 in legal fees and last her child permanently. This was not Ms. Zucker's fault, nor did she do anything but negotiate the return of the child to her mother, who then rejected the deal.
Poor legal services
My experience with her in a family court case was terrible. It seemed her prime concern was with getting her legal fees upfront and in advance. She did not advocate effectively for us in court, I would say she was timid and overly deferential to the County Prosecutor, Mary E. Craig, who was grandstanding and clearly out rightly lying. Ms. Zucker was rude to my husband and myself, badgering us about a matter in which we were victimized by an over zealous government social worker. We felt she was entirely lacking in empathy and compassion in that regard. She failed to tell us some crucial information regarding our case and how to file a timely appeal at a critical juncture. It seemed she just didn't want to take the time to do so. My impression is that Ms. Zucker was overwhelmed and had too many cases with different clients to effectively represent us and in retrospect I believe she should have just leveled with us and admit that she was not equipped, with time or expertise, to properly help us. I could not in good conscience recommend her to anyone for any legal matter.
This so called lawyer had been practicing law for over two decades and had been receiving only bad reviews for being rude and unethical. Recently, she got 14 five stars reviews within a very short period of time. One of the 5* reviews was from her own daughter “Gabriella Zucker”. Amazing but not surprising. This is who Claudia Zucker is a liar and a fraud. When I hired her she lied to my face many times. She did not inform me about a mediation effort requested by the court so the case can go forward and get more money from me. She always complicates cases to get more money. She even was found guilty for lying to the Department of Justice in 2009 and was reprimanded (Google it and see for yourself). She was going to lose her license and disbarred but was saved by her friends at the Barr Association. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LIAR.
Claudia Zucker Worst Attorney ever. Avoid at all cost. Rude, Incompetent and a Liar! Will overcharge you for doing completely nothing, built her Cases on Lies, Claudia is Evil person all she care for is Money, Zucker don't care about outcome she destroys families and kids, its all about show me the money, she have lot fakes reviews from her family and people she pay to get good reviews, don't trust Claudia Zucker the EVIL
Lesson here is ... Always do your research on the attorney you hire.

I don't know what's worse. Two grown woman arguing on the internet or the fact that the attorney has this much time to write back eight times to an unhappy client. Either way its tacky... but its been entertaining to read.
Mr. Gulbranson lied in court to Judge Newman when he stated that, someone in the clerk's office told him he did not have to copy his opposing counsel when he filed something in the court record. He is so unethical and scheming. He tried to leave the court room with an order so to avoid it being entered. The bailiff had to tell him to give it back to the court.
Yes it was a deal And you rejected it. I never failed to inform you of anything .
The deal was better than your 3 cases in 3 different courts where your parental rights were terminated. No one got you a better offer than I did
But it wasn't a "deal", it was just a suggestion by you that we hire a full-time live-in nanny, something that you knew we couldn't afford, and there was no guarantee that even if we did that CPS would return our daughter to us. And, this was still only after you had already failed to inform us of our right to appeal the intitial hearing, and missed the deadline for doing so.
Actually when offered the deal by me you rejected it and then fired me. Ms Hey has selective memory.
Mary Craig is certainly a very unreliable source of information. I did not reject any "deal", there never was any "deal" I simply rejected your legal services.
