unauthorized charge
I was checking my account and saw this charge today, and what it is I don't know but, I want my refund they took out back!
Something needs to be done about these companies who steal money and sign you up for something you don't won't who's got the time for all of the mess they cause? I don't!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Fraud
I never heard of this company. They are charging me a one dollar per month on my credit card. I called them, they said they could not find my account and said we don't charge $1.00, we charge $38.00 so they said it makes no sense. I think it is intentional fraud since I have read others though the Internet who also were being charged $1.00. per month. I...

I just noticed that the last 2 months there have charges on my credit card from Clubsave. I have no idea who this merchant is and what they claim I signed up for, but this is ridiculous. I want my money back, and to stop these charges before it continues.
you took a dollar out of my account which I never gave you and I want it put back in because I never ordered anything from you.
You should ask people before you take money out of their account
Clubsave also took money out of my accaout. Does anone know their phone numberor website? I did't sign up for anything. They only took a dollar but I am afraeod thry are going to chsrgr more. They did this before put MVQ by it so I was able to reach them. This time it just says CLUBSAVE I can't get a customer servioce nimber for thiem.
Your membership number is the number listed on you credit card statement transaction (mine started with 316######). I was able to login w/this number and my zip at yoursavingsclub.com, go to my account and on the left click cancel membership. I never authorized this either but caught it early enough to only lose about $3.
I did NOT sign up for anything and I am also having money taken out of my account every month. Its not a large amount but it is still odd and ridiculous! If anyone can figure out a number or something to get me off of this please let me know!

Wow! I wonder is this company exempt from legal recourse? it seems like all they do when you call is solicit more data from you; in which their universal response is... "sorry, we do not see you in our system".
I suggest we brainstorm to see what we can do collectively to prevent the notorious "clubsave" crime syndicate from making off with other would be victims hard earned money.
We need more than a complaint board concerning this fraud!
Did someone say punitive damages?
