I am 70 years old an was promised a mortage from Commercial Capital Group-David Shatterick would not return my calls by buisness is in foreclosure because they stated that they would close on the loan and have not I gave the company 6, 500.00 for fees and they have not returned my money.I am very angry and would like to know what to do?
