It has just come to my attention that CompleteSave have been taking £15 a month from my Barclaycard account on the 29th of every month since August this year, plus an initial £15 on 5th August. CompleteSave have been doing exactly the same on the 8th of each month since December 2021. I have never knowingly set up any transactions with either of these...

CompleteSave and MyTimeRewards Taking unauthorised payments

In August 2017 I started to have a payment taken from my company HSBC credit card on the 11th of the month for £15 a month from complete save.

In October 2017 I then started to have a payment go out again on the same company HSBC credit card on the 16th of the month for £10 a month from my time rewards.

None of these payments were authorized by me.

I am now reporting these unauthorized payments to HSBC and have put a block on the card. So as at this date Complete Save have illegally taken £660 and My time rewards £420.

My credit card statement quotes for Complete Save the number [protected] CH

And [protected] CH for my time rewards.

My card is my personal card (Richard Busby) on my company account (BDS Sponsorship).
The account number is [protected]

I will also obviously supply all other further information you require
