$20,000
we got a contest in the mail and we won $20, 000 dollars from it. its called consolidated payment service. we want our money sent to us. we had to give them $10.00 for them to process the money to us. we should of gotten the check sent to us by now. if this is a scam then we want something done about this. this is not right. we took pictures of the thing we sent back to them, and we have the letter. and we will sue to get it. and we will win. thats a guarantee. because they arent in the united states doesnt mean we cant do anything about it.
Mail Fraud
I receive these letters stating I have won $20, 000. All I have to do is send $10.00 to claim it. Well, it doesn't take a genius to figure out this is a scam. What is really sad and scary is that the postal service and our good government officials are letting them get away with it. This isn't new. It's been going on for a long time. Postal service and our government officials are nothing more than conspirators.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Any text or email offerring you money is a scam. Don't respond ever. You will lose money. Please also be careful not to post all your personal details on the internet like your name, phone/email address.

CANNOT BE BLAMED ON POSTAL SERVICE
I received same letter in the mail asking for money .If we actually won it, they can take their ten dollars out...scam scam scam!
Also be aware of another going around for a shopper survey international. They send a large check in mail for things to be bought and you get to keep 350.00 of the money. Just another scam ... just beware people.
I from the philippines also received the same saying that i won a sumptous amount of 20, 000US dollar but i have to send back the claim award with matching 10US dollar whew this kind of pwople keep on doing this kind of scam may the lord punished them while they are still alive ... please dont be scammed
In The Mail
I received a letter in the mail today saying i was a winner of 20, 000.00 and all i had to do is send in a claim fee of 10.00 i checked online and found out that anything that comes from Nigeria, Netherlands, Australlia, or any foreign country to be aware because they are all scams.why do people waste their time with garbage like this, i am just glad i did not fall for this, but i do feel sorry for the ones who do get led in and than get scammed..

i am also in the philippines and i had received a letter from cps department that i won a 20, 000.00 usd but i have to pay 10 usd to claim the said price.so i checked online if it is true.oh it was all scam...
I got one of those letters saying I had won 20, 000. All i had to do was send $10 to them to get my money. I found this web site. Boy! Am I glad I did. These people need to be stopped somehow
I am in the Philippines, only today march, 8, 2011, I received a letter from CPS, stating that I won US$20, 000.00 but I have to pay $10.00 in order to claim the money, how true is this? are they SCAMMERS? or are they true? I am just wondering because this is the second letter coming from the first one was the Lottery letter> To the authorities, if these group is just making scam please stop them at once, put them all in jail and let them suffer life time in presonment, if not tell me so that I can claim my winning. thank you
same thing happened here, i recvd a letter a while ago and immediately opened it as well as the pc..searched for it, bang! scammers..! go to hell..you wont last..all your family will die wasted! hahahaha..what a waste of time, Filipinos are intelligent that what you think..

My mother got took for a ride from CPS Payment. They said all she has to do is to send them $10.00 and they will released the winning. Now she very mad at money CSP Payment. She lost the $10.00. The CSP Payment are thiefs they take your money and run. So I'm warning anyone if you get anything that comes from oversea. Throw it away.
I started getting these letters in the mail probly about a year ago. At first I didn't know it was a scam so I sent them a check for $10.00. Then quickly discovered it was a scam. I still get the letters and I am not sure as to how to stop them. Please help!
Ijust received my third lette from these scammers, and I simply report them to the USPSfor investigation od mail fraud.
Award Certification
Letter inform me that I've won an award the sold and rightful owner of the $20'000.00 personal payment number ######. Then request that I send them some form and $10. clam fee.

CPS Payment that has a DUNROMIN, PEARSE ROAD, SLIGO IRELAND Adress on the return envelope is another way to scam your money, Same letter as above claiming I was an official winner of $20, 000.00 with my Personal Number. This is an official document, confirming your status regarding the guaranteed $20, 000.00 payment whose distribution is now pending... 1. To claim the amount answer a PUZZLE GAME correctly. 2. check a box or boxes that apply: Which is were you have to pay a $10.00 for a nominal Claim fee. payable to CPS PAYMENTS. Letter looks real and very convincing. I almost took the bait till I search the name and list of scams. No Deal here.
I good one today. If it sounds to good to be true than you can bet your Aunt Betsey bonnet that it is not true. On the back of the letter they want you to answer some questions. Not only do they want to steal your money, but they want to screw with your head to. Like find the missing number are which word belongs where. Do you think we can take the letter to the bank and get a loan on it. We are guaranteed the money. Keep the faith baby.
i just recieved a letter today. I live in belgium. A letter that stands i have won 20.000 dollars. The only thing a have todo i send them 10dollar. After i did some research i found out that i am not the only one who has got some letter. There are people in america, spain, canada, belgium. Its like people over the whole wolrd have got a letter like this, and the people who did send them the money. havent recieved any money they just lost the money they transferred. And if i see the date's. This scam is not started this year i found complains from 2006 until now. How can a company like this excist for such a long time?Is there nobody here who did something about scam ?
TAKE CARE! Don't give them your Visa- or Mastercardnumber and others ! They will steel money from your account if you do! This mail is spreading around the world. I've got a lettre in Belgium saying I won 20.000 dollar. So be alerted and do not pay any amount, you won't get the promessed amount!

I am a complainant too. Someone had been using the name of CPS. It was really a scam. Maybe there are scammers who want to get money from their victims. I am a victim of this group..Maybe they are the same person or group that had been using this CPS...
