Crystel communication FRAUD

CRYSTEL TOOK $800 IN ADVANCE AND THE COMPANY IS A FRAUD.PUT A LOCK AT THE OFFICE AND OUR HOME PHONE NT WORKING SINCE ONE WEEK.DONOT TAKE THE CONNECTION OF FRAUD

What happened to the old thread against Crystel? Doesn't seem to be working anymore.

Either way: Crystel Communications is 100% a fraudulent company. If you have done business with them, and if they owe you money, I suggest take legal action ASAP.

Yes Crystel Communications, Canada is a Fraud company and I lost my money on year subscrtion for Home phone and long distance. $ 384 lost. Called Credit card company for stop any unwanted charges. My phone not working since a week and unable contact them. They are closed. Please don't take any chances. Raj K

Crystel communication Not refunding my money

They told me unlimited calling to india and if I am not satified they wil refund my money. It is past 90 days, they have still not refunded my money. Besides that they (manager) don't want to speak to me. The customer service department puts me on hold for hours.
They are not ready to give me there office address.
Never take the service of Crystel Communication.
I want my money back with 22% interst back.
Is there any way to get hold of this fraud company.

hi guys
I have taken thier services & paid the full amount for one year. Afetr 3 months the service stopped I called thier customer services they are not picking the calls. Wrote the letter & E-Mail to them but thy are not replying to the E-MAils & mail is coming back from the toronto address as they have moved from there. I also took up the matter with the consumer court but to my surprise they also said that they cannot do anything in this case.

I went to them to be an independent business under them to set up affordable long distance to Africa, I paid about $900.00 to set up the business, 2 years later nothing has been effected. I am proceding with legal measures.

I am also a victim of this fraud company. They charged my credit card for one year fees which was over $200. after using one month it just stopped working and i tried to contact them many times but no responses. I am new in this country and i can't believe that this type of things can happen in this country where everything is regulated.
Please can anyone help me to get my money back.

i agree they took my money as well.. Is there any way to get the money I am surprised that in country like canada thay sre working scams like this.

I wouldn't be surprised... but where are you getting this from?

In any case, as a former employee I have taken necessary steps to ensure I eventually, however long that may take, receive what is owed to me.

This is one heck of a story. If I was not involved in it then it would be hard to believe! Everyone involved in this mess got screwed...

Meaning -

affiliate partners
employees

I mean everyone! I was a contractor and then employee of the company since December 2009. I managed all marketing for the company. They bounced numerous checks on me and did not pay the remaining fees owed out to me. This is a mess guys and I don't believe the company was owned by either

Although, this is just speculation I believe the company was owned by
one of Shabnam's relatives. Shabnam's family held the money in this partnership and was what kept them going.

i had the same problem. i have canceled my connection ask for refund. not only they refund deduct more money from my credit card.

I think complaining to the BBB is the best idea for now. I think everyone on this thread should file a complaint with the BBB ASAP.

I did start a complaint with BBB and also called my credit card company about the scam please do so, at least you can hope for some justification. It’s our entire mistake we try signing for some new deal, without knowing and checking this Crystel communications Canada service from friends and family.
