Email for returning product - no indication of who/what or why
I just got an email from customerstatus.com. It started with "thank you for contacting customer service regarding your return" I did not contact them... Really there is no way to contact them. The email did not say what product, what store, how much it was worth, any order id or anything at all. You couldn't respond to the email and there were no link...

Confirmation #: 16448547R Order #: [protected] Order Date: 01/05/16 Offered 2 pans at one shipping charge of $ 6.95 that was the TV offer They decided to cancel one pan and after 22 days, ship just one pan for the same $ 6.95 and unilaterally cancel one pan. They do not want to send the pan without having to pay again. This is a bait and switch rip-off DO NOT BUY FROM GOTHAM PANS
