I went to Daniels jewelers today looking for diamond rings and I feel like I was totally ripped off after getting home. I asked if they where real diamonds they said yes and the guy gave me a price for the ring 799.00 I left the store and came back to purchase the ring and a different person helped me and they told me it was 1000 and they gave it to me...

Daniel's Jewelers Will not refund my money

WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. It's been 4 months since I returned the item. In September I bought a item, the next day I returned the item because it didn't fit me. The cashier accepted my request for a refund. The cashier then ask if I wanted the refund check sent to the store or my home I requested it to be sent to my home address.the cashier then said the check will arrive to my address in 6-12 weeks. Weeks pass by and I haven't received my check.I go to the store and ask why I haven't revived the refund. The same cashier tells me she can't help me, that corporate is responsible for sending checks gives me corporates number. I call corporate and ask why I haven't received my refund. Corporate tells me that due to COVID-19 the staff for sending checks is low. They tell me my refund request is in the system and I should be receiving it shortly. Weeks passed by and I still haven't received my refund. I call back to corporate, they tell me that the check has been sent prior to the first call I made. I haven't received any mail form them I tell them. They told me they will look into it and give me a call. Couple of day pass and I received a call, the representative tells me that the check has been sent and cashed out. I tell them I haven't received anything from them. I ask the representative when was the check sent and cashed out, he tells me 2 weeks after I request a refund.I tell him how was it sent 2 weeks after I request the refund if the cashier told me it would arrive in 6-12 weeks, he stayed quite and told me he would look into it and give me a call. He didn't call back so I called and requested a fraud claim because I haven't received anything. The representative tells me she would do that for me and give me a call back. *** never called back never give me an update of the refund progress.It's almost 4 months since I requested the refund and haven't received anything, I fell like *** ROBBED ME.

I don’t know if I’m responding to the original post or [censored]ing Daniels [censored] response. [censored] you Daniel who [censored]ed over you ruin my life six years I’ve been trying to get your blankets off report that you put on the 2018 no help whatsoever I haven’t gotten any response since last night, there’s nothing else I can give you to help me months and months six years or just verified. What the [censored] my only job now it’s a public destroy can’t get a job because you [censored]ers you ruined my credit you ruined my life. I’m gonna keep publicly posting [censored]. I wanna go on the news. I don’t care. This is my full-time job now I’m gonna destroy you. I will cost your [censored]ing business money and this Ben I hope you [censored]ing lose your job, motherfucker .

Daniel's Jewelers Liars

I had an outstanding debt with daniel's jewelers which I paid and they promised me they would remove the negative statement on my credit report, now they refuse to do anything about it.

I would like Daniel's jewelers to follow through on their promise and remove the trae off of my credit report, or report it current, paid and remove the lates off of my report.
