I have a very expensive mouth! I need FOUR SETS of 3-teeth crowns/bridges which in the U.S. would have cost at least $10, 000 with my dental insurance!.
I just came back from T.J.where I had three crowns and a bridge replaced by Sam Dental. This is my second trip (came down in September, 2013). I take the train and the shuttle from Los Angeles, call when I am at the border and wait for a driver to pick me up. Everybody is wonderful, from the dentists to the dental assistants to the owner and the drivers. The place is ALWAYS packed with Americans looking to save money.
My experiences with my doctor are as follows - she is kind, sensitive, patient, informative, and takes her time. They use all of the latest
equipment and have almost INSTANT xrays. Everything was sterilized - in fact, during my last trip in September, I had an emergency root canal. They called in the dentist (who wasn't scheduled to work that day) and she was great.
I allow two trips for my teeth - one trip to fit my temporary bridge and another trip to put in the real bridge.
Their waiting room is packed with Americans from all over trying to get excellent dental care at reduced prices.

Doctor Alberto Coto Clavo was the dentist. He broke my tooth causing 3 root canals to be preformed while in his care.
He left me with half of my teeth open margin ( the crowns are popped off my teeth ) and he screwed up my bite so badly that I now suffer from severe TMJ, constant pain, can't eat or speak properly and so on.
Doctor Coto has conveniently changed the name of his business from High Tech dental clinic to " Implant and Cosmetics Solutions "
I have no doubt that he will to continue to change his business name over and over to deceive the public.
The cost to fix my bite alone is $35, 000 ( which I don't have ) plus thousands more for additional work that I need because of Doctor Coto's incompetence. I have been seen by several specialists who all confirm that all of my teeth will start falling out one by one because of all the open margins. I can not get false teeth put in my mouth after this happens because I suffer a seizure disorder and dentures can slip during a seizure in which case I can choke to death. Therefore, no American dentist will do it. I was threatened and almost charged with a felony and thrown in a foreign prison for complaining publicly about being butchered abroad. ( no freedom of speech in Costa Rica ). My story gets much worse. Before getting any medical and or dentistry abroad please go to u-tube and click on my channel ( kimberly4064 ) I have 3 video's on my personal nightmare. Watch them all and pass it along to anyone you know who is considering this same horrible mistake.

Well I can't speak for the fizzler, because I don't know her, but if you wondered where fizzy rose is, then she is just biding her time until some decent action comes on. Personally, I thought the Board was getting a bit tired.

However, I just wanted to say that I am Fizzy not fizzle, and the only reason Paul and and others cannot recognize it is because their eyes are so darkened by the corruption of their minds. I also asked Paul if he ever smiled, or only when he was hurting people. Everything is back to front and wrong way round on this board. If I do not get to post again you know why. I still haven't heard from the editors. Do not the Complaints Board realize that by allowing certain users to persist, they are making this place seem very unsafe indeed.

Severely Botched Medical Tourism Dentistry Abroad " - I am an American citizen who went to Doctor Alberto Coto Calvo at High Tech Dental Clinic just outside of San Jose Costa Rica. This dentist broke my tooth causing 3 root canals to be preformed while in his care. He left me with 10 open margins ( the crowns are popped off the teeth ). Some of my crowns are also starting to crack apart. In addition, Doctor Coto screwed up my bite so badly that I now suffer from severe TMJ, constant pain, can't eat or speak properly and so on. The cost to fix my bite alone is $35, 000 ( which I don't have ) plus thousands more for additional dental work that I now need because of Doctor Coto's incompetence. Doctor Coto claimed to guarantee his work which is a lie because he refuses to have my teeth fixed. I have medical evidence with both before and after x-ray's and a medical report from an American specialist confirming Doctor coto's severe negligence and all the damage that he inflicted on me.
