Renewed even though I canceled months ago
i wish my dogs had cared about DogTV but my pet cam revealed they behaved no differently with this than they did with regular tv. Or no TV, for that matter. SO I canceled my account within a few months. Imagine my surprise when they recently billed me for $60! I can't log in with either of my email accounts or get password resets for either of them. For several weeks now they've ignored my requests for contact through the form on their website and messages through Facebook. Be aware they are well known for making it impossible to get a refund. There is no published phone number for them.

I tried a "free" trial period of Dogtv. I found it to be ridiculous and my dog had no interest. Now I want to cancel it. The option of cancelling or unsubscribing is nowhere to be found on the app that I downloaded to my smart tv. When I put in a verbal search for "cancel dogtv," it says I purchased through Amazon which I did NOT. Cannot find anywhere that...
