Dollar2host My domain is not live

I bought a hosting and domain deal from Dollar2Host last year and after months of complaining about their rotten service I quit and moved to iPage, which does a better job.

When I asked for the authorization code to transfer my domain to iPage, the transfer failed.

When I renewed the domain, they failed to make it live and I've been waiting 36 hours already for the domain to go live despite repeated assurances that it would do so after a few hours. I've complained to ICANN and to the registration service, to no avail. I'm not impressed.

Dollar2host es una empresa que no presta un buenservicio, se de alguien que antes que venza su dominio pagó para renovar, cuando llegó la fecha de renovación ese dominio fue suspendido unilateralmente por dollar2host, claro, por error de dollar2host, actualmente esa señora está sin su sitio web porque la empresa dollar2host ha suspendido dicho domain, no obstante la señora haber pagoado copn anticipación y tener la factura de dichuo pago, le dicen en unas horasm en unas horas y sigue sion pagina en la red. Es una muestra del pésimo servicio que en todo caso es una burla de dollar2host, ya que cometen el error, tienen la factura de dicha renovación en el area del cliente, sin emabrgo han suspendido el dominio y todos los servicios de hosting como cpanel, ftp, etc, advertencia: no compren servicios de dollar2host por que es una burla

Dollar2host no register free domain and they dont moneyback

the company which called dollar2host sent domain registered confirmation. But they dont . I wait it 3-4 days. every call they said " it will registered in 3-4 hours... but nothing registered. I registered my domain from other company. the company registred it in couple minutes. after I called dolla2host they told that domain will be registered in 3-4 hours. I just smiled.Because that was a big lie. Due to it was impossible, after I wait 3 days I was registered my domain from the other company which called www.hostajans.com Due to they say money back guarantie. I want my money back . I sent e-mail several times to their billig dept, and chat with their live help dept. I am still waiting for 5 days for my money back. Today I do same. mail and chat. they said that they will my money back in 48 hours. I think I was pay through the nose.

Dollar2host Dollar2host is a fraud company and they are scammers

Read The below conversation with one of the chat representative of dollar2host.com against which I have posted the dispute.

These people usually do like this, they dont have a phone support, when I asked for the phone support from them they first denied telling me that they dont offer phone support and when I said you people have mentioend a phone number on your website then told me that that its busy.

They also dont tell the registration number of the company which really makes me feel suspecios if the company is geuine or not. Apart then that the paypal status says that this is a non-us verified account.

How come a company having location in california USA have a non-us account. Their support phone number in paypal is also an Indian number.

Just filing another complain about being scammed by this guys.
They just decided to shutdown my hosting account at some point by invoking that they didn't receive payment even when I have proof from Paypal that it has been payed for years. They argue with such unbelievable reasons that I cannot even comment.
Just keep away from this scam.

MY EMAIL HAS STOPPED WORKING - CHECK THIS OUT AND STILL NO EMAIL WORKING... IT HAPPENS EVERY DAY AND IT WORKS FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS THEN STOPS AGAIN...

I like a full refund please... I've had REPEATED problem with my email service and I'm over the BS coming from your (and I say this very lightly) "SUPPORT team". The problems happen daily and I off to a provider that can PROVIDE. I'm not 100% satisfied... come to think about it... I'm not even 1% satisfied so I want a FULL refund.

ANYWAY... after repeated emails I still have the problem and to make things worst... I have also email BILLING asking for a refund and they have repeatedly deleted my support ticket and and have stopped replying to my emails/support tickets

NEVER USE DOLLAR2HOST for anything... they are rubbish
