I purchased a SealPoint Himylan kitten fromAshley Anderson I sent a bank check on March 25, 2010 for 1, 375.00 with shipping included in this price, she told me she would ship her to me lApril1, 2010 and then she stated april 2, 2010 then she told me april 3, , 2010 now she has changed it again to april 6, 2010 she talked to me like a dog, screamed at me, because, She had e-mailed the airline she would be on and the flight information, I told her that it was not acceptable for another delay, and asked for her to refund my money, she told me no she would not refund any of my mopney, she is not nice to work with if you cross her to me to take her to court, to recover my money, I know she also sells dogs to dont trust her
I have tryed numberous times to cancel this complaint please disregaurd the statement here as this compalint has been resolved, Mrs Anderson only wants, whats in the best instrest of the kittens, there health and wefare, she cannot always ship, when planned as to weather related conditions, I was unware of that when I posted this complaint, Her cattery is reputable, and she has a wonderful line of kitten avaible, they are all champion bloodlines, and they strive for excellance, Thank you.

To the lady in Canada, you can call the police in her area as long as you have proof you paid the money and she failed to ship.
WOW! I'm so glad I found this page, I was just getting ready to contact this breeder for a kitten. I will NOT be contacting you now.

Remember me, Joanne from Alberta Canada that paid you over 2, 000.00 for a Persian kitten 18 months ago, and as of today, I have never received this kitten, and you did not give me back my money. What kind of nonsense will you post to get out of this complaint?
