eCeilingFans.com absolutely the worst customer service ever.

I was referred to this company by a Home Depot customer service rep. I needed a part for a Hampton bay ceiling fan. I called and the person who answered was very rude. I tried to explain the part I needed. The first thing out of his Mouth was " can you afford the part?" Really, could you have been any more of an [censored]? I spent the next five minutes trying to explain what I needed, at times trying to talk over him. Maybe you should shut up long enough to actually listen to what your customer wants👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Don't waste your time with this one!

eCeilingFans.com rude

I wanted to order from this company Eceilingfans and first of all I called them to ask a few questions. A man who picked up the phone was very rude. He did not introduce himself and didn't even say hello! He asked what did I want. That was very rude and impolite. When I asked his name he refused to tell. In the end I decided to find another company to deal with. After that I decided to check the reviews about Eceilingfans and wasn't surprised when I saw so many bad reviews.

eCeilingFans.com rip off

Do not purchase from this place. No refund. When I found that the old part is impossible to take off from the old fan, the owner of the site refuse to take any return even though the new part not even used at all. Bad customer service. Too risky for online ordering. Stay away.

eCeilingFans.com this is a total rip off, they simply threw away my staff

I sent them a ceiling fan to rebuild. After they received the fan they raised the price. I told them to go ahead. They told me it couldn't be fixed and they said that they threw it away and could not return it. THIS IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF! STAY AWAY!

He is a contractor doing this for someone. He sent us a fan for a repair estimate. We called him and gave him the estimate for repair. He complained about the price. He said that he would talk to his customer. We explained that the fan was on our bench, apart, and that we could only hold it for 3 days. We told him that if he did not call back within 3 days, we would throw the fan away. He called back 7 days later and said "the price was too high, but the customer wanted it repaired. We told him that the fan had been trashed, as we told him it would. We explaind that the trash had been picked up the day before. I am sure that his customer was not very happy with him, but this is not our fault.
