Fashion Q retail store for fashion - misleading the consumer

I made a purchase at Fashion Q in Irvine Spectrum, Irvine, California. I tried to return two items, but the clerk told me that I can only get store credit and exchanges. I wanted a refund for my purchase.
During check out when I bought the items, I specifically asked the clerk about the return policy and told me I can return but she did not specify, that the store won't refund me my money. I am on a dead end. This store is lying and misleading the consumers. When I was trying to return the items, the clerk tried to lie more claiming that the reason she can't process the refund was that she can't find the items in the system. But my items had a tag and receipt. Crazy right? When I asked the clerk why when the items have tags on them and a receipt, she wasn't able to provide me with a substantial answer. The manager had a terrible attitude. She threw at me the items and the other clerk was threatening me that she will call the security. What? That's crazy, I was just trying to return my items. Suffice to say, I came home with my items. The clerk also gave me a fake customer service phone number.

This store is misleading the consumers. This should be banned from doing business.

Fashion Q Terrible customer service

I came in to the new store, and was excited to shop for back to school. I like the clothes there, but the customer service is beyond terrible. I needed a top down, I looked around for someone to assist me. I walked up to the register and asked the lady if i could get help, she was talking on the phone and rolled her eyes at me, she ignored me. So I just went to try it on. I needed a different size but again no one wanted to assist me. I was also interested in a top on the manikin, i asked the Korean lady where i could find it, she said it was the last one. She did even look at me or at the top i was reffering to. I told her i wanted to try it on. She looked at me if i was bugging her, and she didn't want to take it down, so she hands me another completely different top and says "try this if you like it, then i take down for you" I told her that was not the top i wanted, she yelled at me "do u want it or no?" I said no.

So i was about to pay and so i asked her, are you the manager, she says "why?" I said i needed some assistance and that was why i came up earlier to ask for your help. She says something to her self i couldnt understand, I get very irritated and im about to pay when my friends come in and ask how much is the blouse on the manikin and she ignores them. I tell her i changed my mind i dont want any of these, you have terrible service and i will tell all the people i know not to shop at your store. She said "oh my god, !@#%$%%&% i did not understand and told my friends screw this place, sadly because i really like the clothes.

Shopped many times there but this time I spent 350.00 had to exchange a couple things sized wrong at Tampa and victory.
She said she would not take pant back because wrinkled . Tags on pants and all the pants had same wrinkle in them. She admitted that it was because I returned one other thing and the item I replaced it with was marked the wrong size all the others I bought fit..She was lying point blank.. I latter returned same pants with a different clerk NO problem BEWARE...

In California, I learned it the hardway. They don't refund your money. When I shopped there I specifically asked the cashier if I can return an item. She said, "yes". But when I came back she told me, I would only given store credit or exchange. They will not refund my money. But when I made my purchase they cashier didnot tell me about this information. She pointed out it's on the receipt. Wait, who reads the fine print in your receipt? No one! The customer has to be told what is on the fine print! ANd the clerk tried to lie to me, telling me that she can not process the refund because she can't find the item. The items were only bought a few days ago. The tag was attached and the receipt or proof of purchase was present too.

Fashion Q Stay away from Fashion Q

Walking in to the store, i thought it was a very well took care kind of store. But as i looked threw the store i could see how the Hispanic workers were being treated so cruel and harsh. They were not treated with respect or any kind of equability in the store they were treated like slaves and talked down to as if they knew no English or understood what was being told to them. But as i seen was in fact Ms Kim moon who did not know and proper English or respect for her hard working coworkers it was as if she was poking at them saying "Don't you know how to work" or even screaming in there face "Do you understand Me" as if they did not the workers look very inelegant and very respectful and hard working girls. But they also look scared that any move they made they would be screamed at there was also this one time were there was no one at the resister.

I was waiting this young lady came up to help me " very kindly helped" and ms Kim moon shushed her away! Very rudely! Like she was a fly "shush" shush with her hands in her face. I was not only embarrassed for her but for my self never have i ever seen so much disrespect for a fellow co-worker! I am shamed to go back in scared that any worker will be treated that way! That store it should be closed down or change to a different manager.

I will not refer that store to any one neither will i go back in you have lost my business and i will also tell other family and friend not to go there due to the disrespect of that store manager. You can see the stress and fear in the eyes of the co-worker that work with her! And in that i would not be spending of mine or refer that store to anybody! I cried that night i thought we have over came this but i see there are still some racism go on in this store!
