Fraud and Embezzlement of the company
Write here Florida Five Star and Linda Risden is Not Based in south florida any more an in fact she fled south florida some time in febuary of 2010 after it was learned by her husband and partner she had embezzled over $85, 000.00 from one of the couple clients of over 20 years, she fled to live oak florida where she “remarried” but she is “still married ” to her husband of 24 years.
it get worse, later the husband finds out the Wife Linda Risden had also opened about 6 credit cards in the same associations name and ran all the cards to the limit.
she then opened an ATM card attached to the same association checking account and took out another 8 to 9k and Bankrupt the home owners assoication so bad they could not hire a lawyer to get there money back.
the Home Owner did file a police report of the grasnd thief to the local sheriffs office and like most police agencys….it went No Ware…
Linda Risden is hold up in Live oak Florida and attempting to run Florida Five Satr Realty Inc in public records and public records also show her Daughter whom acted as the accountant on the very same association of the missing funds was convicted of Grand Thief from yet another home owners assication and was senteced to 10 years and to repay over $40, 000.00 as list the daughters name as Bridget Lynn Massey at 6900 NW 30 ave in Fort Lauderdale Florida as Police records and Mug Shots show.
so if you have or have had any business with Linda K. Risden or Florida Five Satr Realty or www.sofloridahomes.com you may want ot count all your fingers to make sure there no Missing and stay clear of her, the company and her daughter Bridget Lynn Massey.
records show that Bridget Lynn Massey is ..or was a license Accountant and a realtor with Florida Five Star Realty and attended law school…and thats funny ….I guess she can repersent her self in court..or attend her own parol hearing, never the less these two are dangerous and total thiefs…so stay clear and again the web site is www.sofloridahomes.com appearing to be a south florida company but located at the florida border some 400 miles north near jacksonville.

Linda K. Risden ( Broker ) of Florida five Star Realty has amitted to Embezzling over $37, 000.00 from a Condo Assocation in Deerfield Beach Florida, but the Audit now shows the amount Embessled by Ms. Risden is closer to $87, 000.00 and still climbing. Ms Risden is facing several Felonies charges including opening over 6 credit cards in the Assocations name with out the Boards knowing, and charged another
$8000.00 in items for her self and her daughters home, to make matters worse she purchase an new Car with Fraud W/2s, what was the reason when asked...Because her other Car was repossed.
She hired her Daughter a Ms.Bridget Massey to act as the accouant to hide the the spendutres and had the credit card statements sent to her P.O Box so the assocation would not Know the Card excessed, since this happen Ms Risden has fled to Nothern Florida where is belived to be hiding.
Please dont let this happen to your home owners assocation or condo assocation, keep tieght over-site on your property managers and always require more than party to sign each check, Also if your assocation Has experenced something like this...you can recover your lost funds thru the ( Florida Real Estate Commission ) Special Real Estate Fund, set up for just this type of purpose.

Finally a conclusion to the lies and outrageous claims as stated above, all written by Martin Todd Risden. Both Suwannee and Palm Beach County Courts have deemed Mr. Risden mentally incompetent to stand trial for the felony and misdemeanors for aggravated stalking (Suwannee) and 2 DUI’s (Palm Beach). Facts show the truth, as Clerk of the Court in PB County reflects same and Karen Hatton, DA for Suwannee County has the file stating Mr. Risden's mental illness. There are no charges against Linda Risden and Florida Five Star Realty from the Division of Realtors nor any other police and government authority. Todd Risden's mental illness has created illusions in his mind and he is mad about Linda Risden filing for divorce as Plaintiff due to his extra marital affairs and ads on the internet for sex ( so sad). Fortunately the Courts agree with his defaming of my character and will issuing further charges against Mr. Risden, with mandate of institutional confinement for his rehabilitation. Linda Risden still operates a licensed, legal and successful brokerage and Prayers are now answered that this man will get the help he needs.

Your lies are now quite evident since public record reflects the truth, your evasion of the felony arrest warrant where 3 Counties were looking for you, Palm Beach, Broward and Suwanne, until you turned yourself in Oct 5th and then bonded out. All statements you write are false and misleading, but then again you have nothing better to do with your time. The Brokerage Company you previously worked for figured you out real quick and fired you. Obvisouly that is why you are looking for me to pay you alimony, what is wrong with that? Are you not an able man to stand on your own two feet and get a job? Public record also shows I am the one who filed for divorce due to your many extramarital affairs and solicitation for sex on the internet. Why don't you start acting like a sane mature adult and move on with your life. Stop being so bitter about what has happened to you, as you controled and still control what happens in your life. Your scandulous decisions created the results at hand. A suggestion is to put the amout of time and energy that use to hurt and damage people into something more positive rather then these ridiculous claims and immature demeanor.

Martin "Todd" Risden has used this forum as harrasement and vengence due to my divorce filing and his felony arrest for malicious damage over $5000 and domestic violence. All statements are false! I found out that he creates alias names to respond to his own complaints. Mr. Risden has been flagged by the police as having serious mental problems. He is also being investigated for practicing law without a license after attempting to help homeowners that were in foreclosure that eventually lostb their home becasue he did not know what he was doing. His family and I pray that the mental help he so deperately needs will come to him soon.

she also refused to return our records, most likely so we could not do our own audit as to our funds and her dealing with our assocation, but it funny now that she is no longer our property manager we have excess funds every month, before the assocation was alway in the hole.
