I bought 4 of these devices ($100.94) and was told by the company that I could not get a refund because I did not complain within 30 days. It has been 11 months and my bills continued to climb reaching nearly $300 in one month. Any reputable company would allow you time to see if your bills came down (I bought in Dec. but my highest bills are in the summer...

Fortunia Pte Ltd Energy saving device

I had electrical engineers carefully evaluate this device and it has absolutely zero capability to do an type of energy savings. It lights the LED's and does nothing to modify or reduce the electrical power either short or long term.

Good day!

We regret to inform you that we cannot proceed with the request to refund as the item you purchased is not defective. For your information, this device is not an electricity stealing tool so the effectiveness of this product can't be told in days. Customers can ONLY see the differences and effectiveness of the device in their monthly electrical bill up to 3 months worth of their bill.

We hope this clarifies!

This company scammed me out of $100.
