Bad quality
Bought reclining couch .from the first week or two the ends were already leaning and the foot rests were dragging the floor.I called Kittles Furniture where I bought it and they said I would have to call Franklin, the manufacturer. I DID NUMEROUS TIMES.I sent email etc . With no replies.I will Never buy a product from them again.Very angry!
Recliner with lifetime warranty
I purchased a recliner for my father sometime back and he used it for 2 yrs before his passing. My mother gave it back to me and I found the mechanism was broken.
