G-Plans I was not approved for the ozempic plan/G plans was supposed to be cancelled

The ozempic plan make you sign up with G-plan meals. Once I paid all the fees and was interviewed witht he doctor I was not approved for ozempic because my sister had thyroid cancer. I verified with the doctor to make sure everything was to be cancelled. Now 2 months later I am still getting billed for the g-plans and no food is being sent either which is great b/c I cancelled it. I have now been on hold for 20 mins x 2 and unable to get ahold of the company b/c they are too busy. Help please!

Claimed loss: 315.45 for G-plan meals and 229.00 for the ozempic I wasn't approved for and did not get. Totalling $544.45. I have also since incurred overdraft fee's because of this.

Desired outcome: Please cancel this program and credit my account and stop charging me for a service I do not have.

G-Plans I was charged $129.00 twice in July

I was charged $129.00 on July 5th, 2023. Then, I chatted with a customer service named Jeffery on July 23rd when I asked him to cancel my subscription. He canceled it and told me I would not be charged anything anymore. I opened my credit card account today to see that I was charged $129 on the 23rd of July. I want a refund from this scam that is G-Plan.

I appreciate your help!

Desired outcome: A full refund of $129.00 and documentation that my subscription has been canceled.

G-Plans G plans charging my card for no reason

G-plans charged my card for $59.99 on June 10th despite receiving around 10 emails prior to this confirming that I am on the free plan.. I contacted them on June 19th when I saw this charge, no reply. Nobody ever answers the phone number and 0 response on the live chat either.

Love how it says not to dispute charges on their website... how are we meant to get our money back then?!?

Desired outcome: Refund my money and stop charging my card!

G-Plans Diet subscription

I signed up on 7/18/22 for a diet plan. It was supposed to be $39. They offered me an upgrade of supplements and some other things. I was very careful to say that I did not want that. In the end, I clicked submit payment, and the only thing on my screen was $39. Next thing I know, I was charged the $39 plus $98 plus $151.01. I immediately contacted them to cancel. (within minutes of purchase) They would not answer the phones. I had to do a chat, and they stated that I ordered an annual membership and supplements and the monthly charge. They also stated that they would not refund it. These are all fraudulent charges on my card.

Desired outcome: Full refund of all charges.
