Germiston Hospital No help from the hospital

I wonder if you can help me... I am very unhappy about the service of Germiston Hospital.

I am a single mother of 2 babies. Me and my children are sick. I cant afford medical aid, so I went to Germiston Hospital last night. It took them longer than an hour to open 3 files. The lady that opened my file was socializing more with her co-worker than opening the files.

Secondly, I had to wait another 3 hours before I decided to go talk to someone. I went to a nurse and asked her politely if someone could please help us. My kids are very small, we have been there for 4 hours already. The kids are hungry and tired. I wont come to the hospital if I don't have a choice. She just looked at me like I'm stupid and said that there are a lot of sick people, and I would have to wait another hour or two. She also said that there are people waiting there from 13:00 that day.

I was shocked so me and my kids just left, not helped. This is very sad. Why would you go to a hospital only to wait until you are half dead before you get helped? How is it possible that you have to wait so long? Can't they get more doctors/nurses in to help more people?

This is really unacceptable. Me and my kids are still sick, I had to drive out my last petrol to get to the hospital, just to "wait" more.

Is there anyone that can help me to get this hospitals sorted?

Germiston Hospital poor service

I went to the hospital at about 16:30pm with my mum who is a diabetic and a chronic patian who passed out and fell...on arrival I gave them her card and after like 30min they gave me the file in all this time she was sitting there unattended she was having blackouts we .when we got the file we went into casualty were we were sent back to a que With more then 30 people, we decided to leave and take her to a private doctor as this was a serioce matter as we were leaving I was so pissed off I got the number for the CEO Mrs Mndaweni I called her and she said she will get back to me now after about 20min the matron called me and took my mum into casualty this was 18:24 she sat there for 30min before they took her blood pressure then waited 45min for a doctor to see her when he finally came he never even spent 2min with her and walked away we left the hospital at 20:40 and they gave her an injection and 2 tablets and told her to come back tomorrow!
Is this the service that a hospital give ? Why did they improve the building and not there service the staff are rude and think they doing us a favor don't they realise some of us work and pay a lot of tax so we they get paid why go into this field of work if not for a passion to help!

Germiston Hospital From Reception - CEO

The Germiston Hospital's service is up to ###!
I've been phoning for the CEO, Mrs Mndaweni since yesterday morning, left almost messages at RECEPTION, which answers the phone like she is dying and then she can't even speak propar English, leave alone answer the phone like a normal human being. It sounds like she is busy dying, or just not in the mood to talk to anyone. Why not? Because she gets paid to be rude or just plain STUPID!

Mrs. Mndaweni can't be that hard to get hold of, did she get the messages I left for her, or was that also just pretend message taking!
