Misery loves company-Sure wish I would have looked into this company more before I ever started with them- I told them about one complaint that I had read but they blew it off with their nicey-nice - After 2 yrs I am still about 10, 000 in debt and have a summons to go to court- This was never mentioned as a possibility and my credit is now ruined- Please...

Salesman promised to take over debt management as soon a pymt. from us was made. He'd call my creditors (he'd required recent bills from ea beforehand) My bills were up to date/paid up to that moment. ^ months later, and six months of letting them draw out of our acct. for our debts and NIL was done. I would not know now, if it weren't for collections calling. (which the salesman said would NOT occur). Anyhooo, I canceled way over a month ago. Havent received my refund, which they only agreed to partial. I'm going thru the BBB now, for which GHS has an "F" rating, by the way. Consumers and fellow debtors, beware!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They did same with me, but I got the summons from one of the credit card company. I called and called and the person that was in charge, from the arbitration department, was always busy fro answer my calls. I just cancelled, now after $3, 666.00 that I lost I have to pay an attorney or pay more that what was suppose, and it is only the beginning. Please if somebody knows how to get back the money let me know, thank you.
After 14 months I have been taken. They have taken over $4300 to pay off 2 debts and have made no effort to do so. I just got back from my mom's to find they want to terminate the service agreement and settle for $1, 376.50. I don't agree with this. I want full refund as promised and in writing. Don't use GHS Solutions.

The Sheriff's dept dealing with internet fraud is handling the GHS case.
Theyve had 82 complaints filed with the BBB now.
I have been a victim of this so called program. They took over three grand from my account, basically did nothing, by the time I realized that this program was not going to work & cancelled my account it was too late! They had the nerve to send me a letter back stating they will refund me $194? I mean let's be fair here, I understand, that they did an account set up, but let's get real, being charged $2880.00 for account set up? After calling them (which they hung up on me twice) numerous times, and speaking to a so called refunds supervisor, at this point got no resolve from GHS Solutions. I am hoping someone out there can help me, or has been through this before. I am in serious debt, now I am out $3000, which I could have used for an attorney to help me out with this! I see that GHS Solutions has a lot of complaints online, and over 44 complaints with the better business bureau, down in Delray Beach Florida.
