Go4Supply.com Will never use this site again

Ordered online and was promised a delivery within 2 days. Called week later and they still have not processed the order.

Seems like it's a garage based operation full filling orders and buying it cheaper from elsewhere.

Will never use this site again. Waste of time, canceled the order, and hope that I get refunded. Scary thought that now they have my cc information

Go4Supply.com Do not do business with this company

Do not do business with this company. I bought two toner cartridges that were supposed to be compatible with my Brother printer. When they would not work in the printer (printer would not operate and displayed an error message that the cartridge needed to reinserted in the drum), I contacted customer service and received no help. This company may have the lowest price, but the cartridges were not compatible as was guaranteed and it did not even attempt to send replacements. Its refund/return policy is a joke.

Go4Supply.com They are plain incompetent

GARBAGE. Purchased both laser and inkjet product from them. Laser toner was 4/4 defective, bad chips and shoddy performance when we ignored the chip. Some leaked right out of package and had to be returned and when the replacements arrived, they were leaking as well. Inkjets just plain do not work. On the HP 8500 series printers they report expired, replaced those and the ones sent at that time report the same error. AVOID THIS BUSINESS, THEY ARE PLAIN INCOMPETENT!

Go4Supply.com online scams

I ordered a toner online from www.go4supply.com on 03-08-2012. on their website, they say the toner is brand new factory sealed in retail boxes, never opened nor used. When I got it, the packing box is very nice, looks likeoriginal but the is totally difference, it was opened, used, full of dust everywhere. and the original manufacture label has been moved. the worst thing is, it doent work at all, even can not print one word. I contact with them, a lady says will mail me a lable to ship it back and going to refund me money, I never get the email. I called they 3 times, twince talking with persen, once leave a massage, but still I have not received any email or call from them. Please see

Go4Supply.com Online fraud

I wanted a better shipping option then what was offered on the site, I needed to speak to someone after two hours of browsing for a phone number and finding three different numbers only one worked. I tried to call several times, till a chinese speaking woman picked up the phone, of coarse we didn't communicate well since I don't speak Chinese. I gave up and waited patiently for the item to arrive...

The item arrived about a month(!) after purchase it was packed nicely and everything seemed fine, till...

Two weeks after that, I saw a strange transaction on my debit card for $100 and change, I called the bank and they let me know that my card had been compromised and someone stole my information. Since the card is still in my possession and no one stole it, it has to be this vendor, since this was my first time using my debit card for purchase, I have never used it before for purchases, and it never left my wallet ever.

I received a bad Dell cartridge, thought i must have missed something in the description. Never thought twice until I bought from them again 10 months later. They billed me and never shipped. I emailed them and received the cartridges 3 weeks later. They used to be a great supplier. Now all I get is "out of office" replies.

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered two (2) cartridges. One worked the other one (Memory Card) won't read. I called them to replace the memory card. They stated they mailed. NEVER GOT IT. Then, I ask them to send me a return label - NEVER GOT IT. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF.

I had 2 defective cartridges that I sent back...they replaced them after a long delay with 2 more defective cartridges & now will not do anything about them...so I'm still out of money...plus a 3rd cartridge is spewing yellow poweder all over my prints...stay away from this company.

I have been using them for years and have never had a problem. I don't think it's fair to assume they stole your identity.
I have also contacted their customer service, they answered the phone (IN ENGLISH) and resolved my problem. I had selected the wrong address to ship to when I placed the order online and they promptly fixed MY ERROR.

I have looked into other toner sites but have never found a better deal and have never had a problem with any of my orders. This has been a good vendor for me. I have only used them for HP and Brother toner cartridges and a few Drums.

I ordered a full set of replacement laser cartridges from this company and none of them worked correctly. They installed with no issue but when I printed, the background of my pages were all yellow with black and blue spots. I contacted them several times through email but was unsuccessful in getting a response. My phone calls were never answered. I went out and re-purchased OEM cartridges and all my printing problems went away. $150.00 valuable lesson. I will NEVER BUY FROM GO4SUPPLY today. I feel ROBBED! (Posted: 1/8/2013)

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 3 large toner cartridges one year ago for our business office for our HP copier. Until recent we did not need to change the toner in our copier. I went to use one of the GO4SUPPLY toner cartridges and it did not work with our copier which the cartridge said would be compatible with. I tried a second cartridge wondering if the first one was just faulty and it would print, but it did not work either. As soon as I put a HP cartridge in it worked immediately. I called GO4SUPPLY today to issue a refund and they said they would absolutely not process a refund because it was past the initial 180 days since purchase. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED with this company and will never order through them again. Also, initially when we first bought the three cartridges, I only received one in the mail and had to call to get the other two that were purchased to be sent..

GOOD EXPERIENCE, AFFORDABLE & RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION. To follow up to my earlier post (I ordered multiple packs of toner from this company on several occasions), I emailed customer service and got a detailed response with carrier tracking no. in less than 1 hr. My firm is on the east coast, this supply house is on the west coast. I suppose most of their shipments are ground.

My law firm goes through a lot of paper and does a lot of printing. For a single office's laser printer, the "big box" office supply stores charge approximately THREE TIMES more than go4supply. With volume discounts, my firm can order 7-10 toner units for less than we pay for 2 new OEM from either of the 2 major office supply stores around here. Because we have actually received multiple packages of toner without issues (and boxes appeared new, undamaged condition, cartridges themselves in bubble wrap protectors) I recommend trying this company out. As with any online vendor, use a credit card with typical fraud protection coverage.

I have ordered from this company in the past (2011) and received toner as advertised. Great price and no problems. The toner is not OEM, but works just fine at a fraction of the cost.

I recently placed another order (2012) and have not yet received it 6 days post ordering ... perhaps it is en route but I don't recall receiving a shipping email as is typical with most (not all) online orders... will try to post back on receipt.

Just recieved a recent order from this business for a large amount of toner paid for on credit card. The business inadvertenly mailed a check and they are rfusing to refund or take the balance in trade. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get the refund. Apparently they are not an honnest firm since they have no problems taking a double payment. Due to the dishonesty of these people I do not recomend using this business.
