I authorized only 1.97 for the shipping of the cd that was all that i was told I would have to pay for. Grant master has without authorization deducted 39.95 from my debit account and has given my card number to 3 other companies which are withdrawing from my account without my authorization.

SIR, Over three months ago I had my dedet card charged with 1.95 which I was told was the shipping of the GRANT MASTER CD. I NEVER RECEIVED THE CD AND HAVE FOUND THROUGH MY OWN INVESTIGATION THAT I AM NOT ALONE. TO DATE I HAVE LOST OVER 400.00 TO GRANT SCAMMERS AND FIND YOU ARE ON THE LIST. Don't blame Grant Master for you stupidity. They have combined everything you need to know to better receive a grant. If you can't figure out how to do it now then you need to get some common sense. Unfortunately you can't buy that. Regarding the charges to your credit card or debit card. You obviously did not read the website good enough.

You guys are scam artists and crooks, not because of the charges, I was smart enough to read it all and cancel the day before my “free trail” was over. Even though the trail was over before my CD was ever received, but again that might not be your fault, that might be the post office. I’m talking about your company SELLING my personal information to a number of other crooked companies. I have been receiving call after call from scam after scam from all over the country because of your company. I’m on the national do not call list, and the calls started just a few days after I ordered from your website. If my identity gets stolen I’m coming after you for damages.

I have not been able to access the information on the Grant MasterCD that was sent to me. I have been to other computers just in case I was doing something wrong. I have even had someone who is more computer oriented to help me. I now realize and have come to the conclusion that there is nothing on this CD. I have called for a new one but was given the run around called "phone tag". Truly not satisfied with the service so far. Right now I feel like I have been taken advantage of by being charged for a service that has given no service at all. I will definitely be canceling .
