Green Garcinia Pro Free sample / scam

Hi everyone, I received an email promoting GREEN GARCINIA PRO...would I like a FREE SAMPLE? (paying only for shipping)
I was charged $6.72 for shipping (31 march 15) and received a free sample a week later.
I did not or have not signed up for any subscription or other products, however have been charged AGAIN AND AGAIN
20 April15...$119.20
18 May 15...$124.14
SO PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE ME! BE CAREFUL

I ordered the Garcinia BUT did not want the cleanse but the website would not allow me to 'Uncheck" Seriously need to fix that option. I do not want the extra product!

Green Garcinia Pro continuously charging my account

Placed an order for a free trial in which i paid for shipping, received the package in the mail and then about a week later received another package only the postman was asking for duty fees upon receipt. Having not been expecting the delivery i didnt have the cash to pay for it and i am glad i did not because when i went to the post office to pick it up i was advised to check my account as i was not expecting to receive another package and when i got home and did just that there are almost $200 worth of charges from this company for continued order to which i did not place

please stop taking money from my credit card and sending me bottle without my consent . I asked for free sample and i didnt work therefore your product is not good for me and is making me sick.

In exchange for answering four questions, I could have my choice of "gifts, " for which I would pay shipping and handling. As soon as I selected my "gift" and submitted my bank account information, I was kicked off the website. I was not sure the information...

Green Garcinia Pro Buyer beware

The company places an add on the internet offering a free 30 day trial for the price of shipping, in my case $4.99. Nowhere in the add does it say anything about charging twice for the shipping and $89 for the bottle of 60 capsules and a bottle of "free" colon cleanse. Well, in the fine print it is signing you up to pay all those charges above if you dont cancel within 10 days whether or not you have received ANYTHING yet.It will continue to charge you until you figure it out and try to stop the automatic payments! The bottle they send you by the way, you can buy at GNC for $14.After getting nowhere with the company I posted a complaint like this on another website designed to alet people to scams and this is what the rebuttal was...

No what WE need is more people who can ACTUALLY read! You can try and
play the victim all you like, but its already well established that
people like YOU just click the "I accept" tab without reading
ANYTHING! And when the consequences of your actions comes back and
bites you on the ###, THEY are the bad guys. How does that work
exactly? Are YOU not an adult? Are YOU not intelligent enough to
understand BASIC concepts? Are YOU not wise enough to even take a few
mins and READ what YOU have agreed to? You can stop trying to play the
victim here. YOU screwed YOURSELF over by NOT READING THE FINE PRINT!
YOU did this all to yourself. The ONLY class action suit that is needed
is against people like YOU. People who are either too dumb or self
absorbed to even attempt to protect themselves. The only ripoff here is
other people valuable time spent reading YOUR complaint. Accept
REALITY! YOU are an Adult. YOU are the one who entered into the
website YOUR payment information. YOU are the one who clicked "I agree"
without reading WHAT you were agreeing to. YOU are the responsible
party, as in YOU needed to cancel your TRIAL MEMBERSHIP within 10 days
of placing the order.

Green Garcinia Pro Seller subscribe you automatically

I ordered Garcinia Cambogia bottle from the company Green Garcinia Pro. I paid only for postage, which was $5.99. After that I got my order and no invoice or any other documents from the seller. Within several days, the seller charged me for $89.99. I called them and they refused to return money, because I haven’t cancelled the subscription, but I haven’t known that I subscribed for something. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Be careful with this company, the minute you ordered their product, you are on a monthly subscription. You tell them you are not satisfied with the trialproduct, they still charge your account 200.00$ US. You ask for refund, a third party customer service always declined your request and no possibility to talk to a customer service person at the company.

At the bottom of the page where you fill in your credit card information is the very small print that mentions that you will be subscribed and charged $89 monthly. I saw a flash of it just as I hit the button to continue so I immediately went back and read it through. Thank goodness I saw it! It makes me so angry when I hear about these scams and to almost be tricked into it makes me angrier. Not only can most people not afford the charges, who has the time to waste chasing these people down and following up with the bank to get the money back? They need to be shut down!

We have been had! I have had the same thing happen to me. I ordered it and they said it couldn't be processed at that time so I forgot all about it until I got the product on Sept 21, 2015. On September 24th, I called them and was told that I would be billed the $US89.97 and the second shipment that would cost me $US 79.95 was also already billed to me on Sept 22nd. Apparently, I had ordered it on Sept 6, 2015 and it had taken two weeks to reach me. I asked how come the second shipment was sent out just after I received the first one and they said they were not responsible for shipping delays. Their representative just kept asking if I had read their policy. I had read that it was free except for the shipping charges. Obviously, it was not. Can anything be done to this company? How come so many celebrities and Dr. Oz are publicizing this fraud?
What a rip-off.

This is bogus.I order the product on the 14th of september and i never received it nore i got a confirmatuon number from them, it said that the product will be deliverd within 24 hours, its been 7 days and i havent recived anything.I called them to get a tracking number and to see if the 14 free trial starts when i get the pills or as soon as the order goes thru.The custumer service gave me the tracking number telling me that i should get the product any day now and that the free trial starts as soon as i placed the order.I got so upset after i checked and found out that the parcel is till somehere in the states, so i called them back and told her to cancel everything, she tried to make a deal with me that i can get the pills for 40, $ than for 20$ when i disagreed, she told me that as soon as i get it i have to send it back asap or alse they will charge me 89.97 ...I think that this is the biggest rip off of all, how does free trial start when u dont even get the chance to try the product when it takes them those free 14 days that u get ship them out...bs one word...dont recommend to anybody...before placing any order plz read reviews...Thank you

We have been had. I have the same experience with you guys. I was surprise to see my credit card statement online that it had a $100+ charge from this company. I phoned my credit card provider but unfortunately they can't help me with it unless I will call the company first and cancel my account. So I did and got the cancellation confirmation number. The bottle has a customer service telephone number. [protected]
So, if the company charges me again then, I can dispute the charges.
This company must be sooo rich now tricking people to get the free trial which isn't really free.😁

When I saw the ad I said to myself "If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is" meaning that it's a scam. However, I was curious so I ordered the free(?) sample at a cost of $9.90 for shipping. I weighed myself before dinner and then took the two pills. The following morning I weighed myself again and found that I had GAINED weight. In addition to that I was told by my son that ads promoting weight loss pills in my name were being sent to all my friends and relatives. Coming so soon after I had ordered the free samples looked very suspicious so I sent an email to the company. They replied and, naturally, they denied they had anything to do with hacking my email. As for me gaining weight they merely said I should exercise. They never asked if I exercise - which I do. In any event they also said they would cancel my subscription probably because of the many complaints and possibly even charges that they are scamming the public.

Thanks for all the info. I got my bottle today and so far I have only been charged 6.66 for shipping and handling. I just requested a cancellation because of everything I have been reading. They put my account on hold and will cancel as soon as I give them a tracking number. Going to the post office first thing in the morning. Thanks everyone for the heads up. Time to call my bank just in case. No more online shopping for me with companies I do not know. Lesson learned.

Same story here. I ordered the "free" trial. It did arrive. The payment appeared on my credit card on the 22nd April 2015 (for $6.64/AUS) and then a second amount appeared on the 11th May 2015 (for $118.15AUS) I didn't realise until my monthly statement came about the 20th May. I put a dispute into my bank immediately for the second amount. Overnight I thought about it, and rang my bank and cancelled my credit card, so nothing extra would be taken out. I emailed the number given, I telephoned the number given, and each time I was told the same story, we can't find your details, they couldn't find my name, nor the address they had sent their product to. I have also tried to find them on the net, but can't find the address on the bottle anywhere
