Guardian Group Fund Mortgage principal reduction scam

I am a victim of this company. I have been in battle with this company since June 2009 they have done nothing to help and they lie and give you the run around. I am in the process of filing a complaint to the attorney generals office and getting my money back. this has been a nightmare. everyone on this scam is totally on the same page as me. I need everyone to file a complaint on line to the attorney general so they can prosecute the company. Please help to expose them. Get them out of business and go to jail.

They are collecting $1595 all over the United States claiming they can purchase you mortgage note if you are upside down in your home. And reduce your mortgage principal balance to 90% of your current market value. Only one problem, they do not have the resources to pull it off and is pocketing millions of dollars from innocent consumers. They must be stopped, serveral hispanic families have lost their homes to foreclosure as a resulf of this mortgage SCAM. The owners of the company are Bryan Prehoda, Luis Belevan, Ken Carreon, Rudy Butler, Joshua Apodaca. Together lets shut this crime ring down!

egroupfund.com is a fraudulent and cheating company. Never join with this company. This company had came with the same website before namely : xfwcs.com and took money from me around 150 USD and did not make the payment. After few days they vanished and site was not working. Now they have came with the same design and same plan with different website name egroupfund.com, it is the same company and same people. Please be cautious with this company, never join and never lose your money.

You are only particially correct on the jail time. Luis Belevan is serving 5 yrs in a federal prision in the El Paso Texas area somewhere. In the case of the mastermind snake and overall piece of ### Bryan Prehoda he was only sentenced to 30 months[2.5 yrs] for whatever reason i have no idea why he got less time in this terrible scam. This involved over 3 million dollars in losses to people who could ill afford to lose the money and were only looking for what they thought was legitimate help. At this point Prehoda has not surrendered to federal officers to begin his sentence while in the case of Belevan he choose to surrender and begin his sentence immediately. Why they had a choice on this is beyond me but i guess that is how our judicial system works in terms of white collar crime. You can check on both of them by going to the following website and doing a search to see where and when they have arrived at the place they will serve their time---- www.bop.gov

Well it seems that thru a lot of folks efforts 'we' got GGF shut down. I guess I should say they doomed themselves.

Your going to see a number of 'copy cat' scammers pop up. Some may be ex-GGF con artists trying to continue to con desperate home owners. I'd also watch out for similar scams outside of AZ or any other hot spot of home owners in trouble. Thru some chatter I've heard there maybe a couple trying to set up 'off-shore' companies or whatever to hide from law enforcement in the U.S.

A newer(?) site has recently come to my attention. It is at www.homekeeperus.com. Read the info there and you will instantly think that you have found a new cess-pool gathering of GGF people. (I would not be surprised if it was the same old bunch of scammers.) The web site says it is based in N.J. Whatever. Same old BS and lies! Again saying there's a hedge fund. Lots of happy clients, etc. [censor]!

Below is a copy and paste of the blog: http://www.foreclosureradar.com/forum/general/foreclosure-housing-markets/principal-reduction-programs

I came across a company who doesn't charge upfront fees or closing costs. They seem to be honest and return all my calls.
They told me that they were fed up with all these companies claiming to help homeowners and than charge upfront fees.
You should look into them www.homekeeperus.com"

And my reply was:
"Submitted by BS exists in AZ - 06/17/2010 - 4:41pm
Jez... As soon as 1 scam artist finaly gets busted, another shows up to take their place.
AGAIN! There is NO PRINCIPAL REDUCTION PROGRAM that has been PROVEN! If there was wouldn't it be the headline story on the news and TV?
homekeeperus.com's web site is almost EXACTLY word for word, quoted mortgage rates, blah, blah, blah. They will tell you what you want to hear. They say their the best thing since sliced bred and canned beer! Saying EXACTLY what will make you feel comfortable so obtain your personal information, ie., SSN, place of employment, pay stubs, bank name, and so so. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! Of course their honest. Of course they will return your calls. but give them your private info and see what happens.
Questions you need them to answer are proof that they do what they say. That proof must be able to be proved somewhere other than what they say. Guardian said exactly the same on their web site (words and numbers EXACTLY the same... and most sentences were a perfect match.
Bottom line. This is simply another scam. Don't fall for it!"

My point is that there still is not any principal reduction program. Period.

Let me say that again... PERIOD!

If the same scam exists for 'no upfront fee', rest assured that those scammers are not 'being polite' for free. It will cost you something. Nothing is free.

Makes me wonder... why bother writing all this. Seems like no one listens, bother to think out all these "seems to good to be true" scams out there.

Oh yeah. Been wanting to say to all you GGF flag wavers out there... Don't you feel really stupid now? And if you don't then I guess you were already pretty dumb to start with and now your just that much dumber. Save any money you might of gotten paid from GGF or agents. Your going to need it for your defense attorney fees.

Or maybe buy your cell-mate 'Bubba' a Sugar Daddy. Or flowers. Enjoy.

Wow... what a tale... so many people with so many concerns... some are right, some are wrong. I know because I was there right up until the AG Special Agent walked in and served Bryan! I saw it with my own eyes! After they left, Bryan was laughing and saying, "It's nothing... they can't touch us"! Wow, what arrogance! It is unforntunate that both Luis and Kathem got new Mercedes Benz cars from company funds. I heard Luis sold his but I think Kathem still has his in hiding. Bryan is living with the paralegal girl Sonia now in some apartment in Tempe. He also has a new cell # [protected]. That girl who posts on here called "concerned in arizona" was also fired due to the sexual harrasment issue as she was texting the guy about her private parts and was complicit in the whole thing. There were many people ther who never knew what the truth was. Bryan always had some new news about deals closing and having new proofs. Unfortunately you can only go by what the owners tell the employees, especially when the owners split the business functions in to two separate offices and restrict employee access to only the respective area they work in. One for processing and one for negotiations. That way no one ever knows what's really going on. Some of the people, (four of those listed above), were not even Guardian employees but were given business cards by Bryan and promised positions once the company was ready to expand. I know one in particular that really tried to help people but would get really frustrated with all the confusion and lack of up to date information. It's amazing how well the owners did to lie and deceive the people who were there. They were victims too. Some even lost their own homes!
