I got wrong order and impossible to get any info
I ordered sword from the website www.hanzoswords.com. I wanted to get the sword from the movie “Kill Bill”. The seller told me that he had the last one. So I immediately placed the order and it arrived quickly, but the sword wasn’t the same as I wanted. I returned it back and the seller replied only once, when he promised to send it ASAP. That’s all. I haven’t received any news from them and no idea what measures to take now.
These ### haven't sent my order
I ordered some stuff from the website www.hanzoswords.com. They promised to send my order within couple of days. I waited 3 days and went to the website to check the status of my order, and it showed that it was still in process. WTF? I tried to reach the customer services, but no one replied to my phone calls, and they promised to reply within 5 minutes in the emails, but they didn’t provide any info. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
I too am waiting on a order so I believe this review NOT to be fake as situated by kevinmac75. They will not reply to any of my emails ( I sent 3 now) and I ordered Feb 1, 2020. It's sad when a company has to scam customers from there hard earned money they worked for just so they themselves don't have to work. Save ur money and don't order from here. I will be telling everyone I know about these crooks.
Ps this is my first complaint so kevinmac75 save ur breath and keep ur lies to urself don't try to dismiss this like I did with SCAZ review. SHAME ON YOU.

This is a fake bad review we have received 4 of them by this person in under 24 hours using different usernames.

No delivery and all info turned to be fake
I bought sword and helmet from the website www.hanzoswords.com.I paid through PayPal and the payment was clear. After that I got the confirmation email from the seller and the tracking number. I waited 2 months and heard only fake promises, but my order never arrived. Also the seller provided fake tracking number and didn’t reply to my emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
This review is fake and done by Jason Saakes of Knives4wholesale.com his company has been scamming people for years do a simple google search for knives4wholesale.com scam or jason saakes scam . So many times that the state of Florida took action against his company which can be see in detail on his bbb page. This is a fake review being left by a vendor of hanzoswords.com in retlaiation for negative feedback we left abou them on the internet after they screwed us over. If you look at the three reviews you will see that all three of them as o 10-19-14 were left under three accounts withing 24 hours.
