Showerhead hose
I liked this company's concept and their products until I had a problem with one of them. They don't respond to emails to customer support at all. And they can't be reached by phone. You can't leave a message and it just says to email them. It's been 5 weeks since I first emailed them, with no response. I followed up several times. I gave up a few weeks ago...

This company has no customer service at all. I purchased one of their shower heads, and now need replacement filters. This company provides NO customer service at all. They have no customer service phone number, and, they do NOT respond or reply to emails. I even called their headquarters, but, of course they have a recording that tells you to send the, m an email.
Broken item and no help from the seller
I bought shower head from the website www.highpressureshowerheads.com. I got the order on time, but it was broken. The shower head was damaged and couldn’t be used. I took pics and sent them to the seller. After several minutes, I got the response that he wouldn’t provide refund and I wouldn’t get any help from him.The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
I ordered 4 items from this company. Returned three items. Got an RMA number and returned the items. Received delivery confirmation the items were returned. Sent the company 3 follow-up notices. No response. Process has occurred since June 2011. Service is very poor. No phone number. Stay away!
They have no phone number or other way to contact them
I bought a showerhead which didn't work out for me, for $65. I got an RMA number from the company to return it, sent it back in perfect condition, and have never gotten my refund (guaranteed by their site) nor will they answer any emails. They have no phone number or other way to contact them; their snail mail is a PO Box. They're rip-off artists!
