They are Rascals, Sorry i will take my words back they are ###, As i am from same profession i know burglars, Padmasree (Name with Huge impact sounds negative in hosting seva and internetworldwide), Kumar thinks he is prime minister i invite him to Gujarat and assure precise physical and mental treatment with Electric shocks, Girish he have already left the job and he is now with hostsatin dont invest there also, Subha a girl so iwould not like to comment but surely she will pay for her sins, they dont receive phone nor they respond, you know they received my phone and kept me listnening to mobile vibration; but surely i do have my presence in bangalore and will see that once any one of them comes in my control you will get chance to refund your lost energy with them i dont guarantee money...

My website has been hosted by Hosting Seva / IWW for last 3 years. I have had lots of problems but now i dont have any more patience to deal with this company.
They have the most incompetent and irresponsible staff with no knowledge of there work. You have to deal with them to know that this level or incompetence exists.
If your website is not working or there is some problem and even if you send 10 e-mails you will not get a reply to your problem ( unless you are asking them to renew the account ). They will only mail you or call you when it comes to renewing the account. = It take 5-10 phone calls to get through to them and then one of there highly incompetent staff will pick up and informs you this is such and such issue ( technical or billing etc.) and that i have to call that department and she/he will give you the number of that department . They have no intercom to transfer the call so you call again on the other number given, which if you are highly highly lucky will be picked up. Then you tell your problem and they will tell you to mail ( which i am sure they don’t check ). So you tell them that you have already send out 10 mails to all there e-mail ids . Then then will say it will be done in some time. Which wont happen so you have to go through this torture again and again. But nothing gets done.
They are a bunch or highly incompetent people who have no knowledge of there work and who have no regard for other peoples for spoiling other peoples livelihood.AVOID THEM AT ANY COST IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND. ( I am in no way related personally or professionally to them or this website). Its just a genuine feedback from a dissatisfied client.

They are greedy for money
We had purchased reseller pack 4 windows from them but there service sucks only 1 person named kumar - the rude dog who pounces 4 no reason but wont provide you service he jus can raise his voice if you ask u want you money back or anything what is opposing their service support team will 4ward call 2 this kumar dog and then he barks showing that we are only in fault.
one of them also challenged me confidently saying you can do anything of us u cant sue us for anything. then i made my mind and googled who 2 get rid of them and i found 1 forum where one person had faced similar situation and he had complained to main domain provider.
they were not providing us any support neither our calls were received we were blacklisted

they were not ready 2 move our domains neither gave us control for panel
then we complained public domain directory from where they book domain and complained against them within 2days all our sites were active and proper, but they never moved ourdomain to our other new provider in the end after complain again to public domain they directly transferred it 2 our new domain provider.
they took 650 rs for each domains jus to give us auth code

worst part even after transfer they called saying we are calling from internetworld wide and said that ur domain needs to renew and generated bill and all ###, where else domain was not under there control

worst part they started calling and mailing my clients directly via addresses email available on website
and mailed them cheap rates and offered them direct service
where else billing address was mine when i called up and asked and fired them
kumar kept quit saying we had his details and all. but when billing address was mine how can he do that

they can do anything for money

after every month ot two same girl changes here name valarmati to renna and calls me 2 renew domain where else even ticket was not generated from there end we had 2 call ever time 2 fix issues

now we have shifted to b4uindia and we are very happy with their service totally professional

we had hosted 5 website they made us pay 4 auth code where else other companies never ask 4 it

one comment was made that we cheat you the way u cheat ur clients
this was as soon as they recieved money
we had always made proper payment but service was bad 4 their end

don't give business for this f road people

they are definitely the worst company to do business with, GIRISH never responds to your mails and never answers to calls. They will show you nightmares ...

i writing this complaint against HostingSeva.com, who sells Web Hosting Space to reseller and others.

I bought a windows reseller package on 1-july-10 of 400 GB.

form that day, i am not able to use because of worst server they have. their servers are so slow that to create a single account it will take more then 15 mins. and many times it ends with an error.

i mailed HostingSeva about this but they told me that their may me problem in my computer. and stop responding my mails.

they have a sales agent mr. girish. he is one of the dishonest man on this earth.

now i have taken reseller from silicon house and iam very happy with the them.

i recommend all user not to buy any thing from hosting seva.

their servers are worst in this earth. do go for hosting seva.

most dangerous people in hosting industry - beware - I paid 10, 000/- with no service for 5 days when I asked for refund the answer i got was this " we dont do refund, you can do what ever you want to" - dont dont dont dont ever ever ever take any service from this company

COMPLETELY DISGUSTING PEOPLE, DANIEL OR KUMAR.. I HAVE REGISTERED DOMAIN AND ITS BEEN A MONTH AM WAITING FOR CONTROL PANEL ..STILL NO REPLY .. WHAT THE HECK THIS COMPANY IS.. HOW CAN WE THROUGH OUT FROM THE MARKET SO OTHER CAN'T FACE SUCH ISSUES. IDIOTS!

I took your services of hosting for last 6 months, but due to poor services I could not host any of my website. Recently I got good support from Mr. Mohmmad, Arunkumar etc and at least I am thinking now to stay with hostingseva or i was about to leave ur services.
Keep good services to retain loyal customers like us.
