Non-Compliance to terms and condition
Indiaminutes customer service is worst ever I have seen. Even they can tell you sentences like "Do whatever you like...".
I purchased 1 year unlimited India call in 05/15/2014 by paying $99.00. Suddenly I found that I cannot call any India number as it's always saying you don't have enough balance.
I called customer care many times and each time they say like they will raise it with concerned department and they will get back to me within 48 Hours. But even after 5 days I didn't receive any response.
I re-checked the terms and conditions as below -
"If you use more than normal minutes your account may be cancelled and the unused months calculated at $8.25 per month will be refunded to your credit-card on file with Indiaminutes.com".
I even raised complaints online. But No response again.
I really don't know what to do with these people.

Poor service and poor customer service
I purchased unlimited minutes for 99. 99 i may 2014, found out later that i can only use one phone. So i called back to cancell my order and get refund back. I was told that i will get refund back within 48hrs on credit card on file. But i never did get refund back. Since last 3 mths i call them back every 48 hrs. Everytime i call, same words and nothing happens. I ask for complaint # and confirmation for can ellatio. ,. Ii never get that. Also i asked everytime for superviser, i get she is on the other line. When i say i will wait, the release me from line
Overcharge billing i complain by e mail and phones following persons give me promise to solve my problem with in 48 hrs but no one does look into it.

Since long I am having account with INDIAMINUTES.COM for long distance call.recentoy I have noticed
they are over charging every minute charge 4 to 5 cents insted of 3 cents per minutes.several times i have complaint to customer service -answer we will solve your problem within next 48 hours.so far nothing has been done and still they are chrging same as previously chared.
it looks they are stealing money from loyal customers. they are nothing but crooks.
if i know some GOVERNMENT DEPARMENT i will lodge complaint to them.
this is why INDIAN ORIGIN has no trust on INDIAN BUISNESSES as well as GOVERNMENT.sorry to say

worsrt service ever. They charged me $100 for unlimited minutes, I was experiencing very worst sound quality. so I called them and cancelled my account on the second month, they said they would refund $80 and it's been 2 months since then and I haven't received any refund. I've been calling them every two days and they just keep saying I would be refunded in next 48 hours. But that never happens. worst customer service ever.
I WOUDN'T REFER THIS "INDIAMINUTES" SERVICE TO ANYONE IN MY LIFE.
India minutes is charging me twice the amount almost for every call compared to their rates shown on the website. I have been calling them for the past few weeks. They acknowledge the complain, but do nothing about it. Looks like it is a plan.
India Minutes sucks. they always have a technical problems and they have the worst customer service . Stay away from them !
Getting very worst customer service. From last month I was getting very poor sound quality and when I called customer service, I had to wait 15 minutes for the customer service to pick up the call and then after providing all my account system she told me that her system was down so call us back. Very rude service. Not recommend. very poor quality of sound.
Indiaminutes are crooks, they charged my card thrice and credited my account just once, they won't d anything about it since last 6 months, stay away from these crooks,
