Inkjet Superstore Sold faulty ink jet cartridges

Early April I had purchased your TWO (2) Multi-Packs No. H-934XLBK/935XLCMY for my HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer, being advertised as being compatible for this printer. I opened one Multi-Pack and installed it properly – however the printer would not accept the cartridges, citing that these cartridges would not work on this printer. I ordered new cartridges from HP, and these work fine.

On April 7, 2022, I send an e-mail to INKJET alerting them and requesting return information. The same was replied; “Your inquiry was submitted and will be responded to as soon as possible. Thank you for contacting us.”

However never received a reply to the same.

On April 20, 2022, I had an INKJET CHAT, however it was likewise fruitless.

Thereafter I mailed an inquire to the INKJET office at; 19850 Nordhoff Place, Chatsworth, CA 91311, again no reply.

On May 18, 2022, I had mailed a letter to INKJET’s Corporate Headquarters at: 11111 Inkjet Way, Willis, Texas 77378, likewise no reply

On July 15, 2022, Send again an e-mail to INKJET, on June 15, 2022 received a reply stating:

“Your request (163564) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

To add additional comments, reply to this email.” This again was just an empty ploy and ended right there.

Desired outcome: Requesting return label to return purchase for full refund.

Inkjet Superstore Service is unreliable

I have received incomplete orders on sets of inkjet cartridges twice in the past three months. On my order of eight cartridges last week, I was told, in effect, that I was wrong, that all the cartridges I had ordered were shipped when, in fact, one cartridge was not in the package I received. And so, I have had to suck up the $40 cost. I will not buy from Inkjet Superstore again.

I soooo agree. I'm in the technology industry. If I'm having this problem again a basic user. So I purchased 8 cartridges and being a small company, I don't print much. So my cartridge is now in an expired mode. I'm unable to use it. Now, I bought these in 2011 and stored the rest until I need them, right? So The first time I ran into this problem The tech was very helpful and sent out replacement cartridges for black. Well I have 6 more and there different colors. You would think that the tech would have told or warned me of this issue and explained that I should only purchase what I can use. But he didn't. I just called back today 5/21/2013 with the same issue with the color black that he already has replaced, to only tell me with an attitude that there's nothing he can do. I will have to purchase all new cartridges again, even the black cartridge that he has already replaced.
I'LL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND SO SHOULD YOU! BANNED THIS COMPANY IN AMERICA.
Stop buying overseas and buy American.
