Ital Florist reviews and complaints

I ordered a dozen long stemmed roses 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. On the delivery date I contacted them 3 times and was told my flowers would be delivered between 1 and 6pm. At 4:30pm I called and was told my flowers were on the truck and would be delivered shortly. I waited until 6:15 and no flowers had been delivered. As these were ordered for my mothers birthday I ended up having to go to Metro to buy a bouquet. When I arrived home later that night a mashed up box was left at my door. The roses and box they were in was nowhere near worth the amount of money paid and god knows at what time they were delivered but it was well after 6pm. Ital Florist ruined my mother's birthday rose gift and I will never order from them again!
