Ivy Capital, Inc Fraud

Ivy Capital talks fast and makes you fall into their trap. I was at a weak moment when they found out my credit line of $11, 000 from Discover was available so they charged me this calling it your invest into becoming wealthy. You have to train vigorously for 6 months. I changed my mind. They would not let me renig on my account with them but I didn't sign any papers nor did I receive any material from them except what to expect for the next 6 months. I am disabled and cannot do the work they want me to do. I wanted out the day after I figured they were just out to get that $10, 880. So I'm stuck and also nearing foreclosure. And they took my money as quick as that!
Don't trust their line of questioning or anything they have to say. They will harass you to death with their annoying phone calls about the training. I made a mistake. Simple as that and now I'm going to have to pay for it. I am on a medical retirement and Social Security disability so I'm on a fixed income and I feel they took advantage of me.

I agree firsthand with the complaint. I did some follow-up research and even called on the matter, it appears that this "company" now goes under the name, Apply Knowledge Institute, which is also known as "The Success Team" which was on the front of a welcome packet that they had sent to me. Now according to the Better Business Bureau, they are connected to a company called, "eVertex Solutions, LLC" which is rated an A+ by the Better Business Bureau.

Now, here is where it gets interesting, on a privacy/promise agreement that was presented to me, I saw the company called, "ICI Success Team" mentioned at least ten different times, and it had that companies contact information as well, and to me, that sent off a large amount of "red" flags in my mind, so I decided to launch a full investigation into ICI.

According to the Better Business Bureau, ICI Success Team, whom is owned by Ivy Capital, Inc., IS NOT accredited by the BBB, and the Ivy Capital, Inc has been given an F rating by the Better Business Bureau.

It is safe to assume that Apply Knowledge Institute, ICI Success Team, the Success Team, Ivy Capital Incoporated, eVertex Solutions LLC, ect... are but just a few of the alias that this group of people have used.

I have already compiled my research and well as my findings with the District Attorney's Office and will present it tomorrow morning, during my meeting with representatives of the Department of Justice

Anyone that encounters any representatives from the alias companies that I have listed above, should be well-advised to pay them no attention and cut-off all contact with them. If they continue, report them to the authorities for harassment.

I hope my information will help someone out there avoid the messy situation that has occured to say many decent, hard working, Americans.

Thank you and good day,

The Sumaritan

I have been taken for $15, 760 and have received nothing for my money. I get e-mail every week to select a class I want to take, just click on the chosen link, BUT there is no link there. I have e-mailed customer service on several occasions but never received a
reply or had any resolution. I spoke to Kyle who promised me he would try to get $6880
returned tp me. Never heard from him again.
I put up $2000 for an LLC which has never been forthcoming and a company in Missouri
is harassing me for another #1000 to be paid at the rate of $100 a month, I have refused
to pay and they are threatening to send me to collection. No LLC and they have very rude people on the phone. I am going to write to the attorney general to see if I have any recourse.

These guys are the worst! After keeping my father on the phone til midnight, I spoke with them the next day, and they LITERALLY called me ignorant, stupid, close-minded, dumb, jack@ss, ###, etc OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN! I started yelling back and they would rebut with statements such as; 'What do you do, are you out of a job too like your STUPID UNEMPLOYED FATHER?' They called my father stupid on at least a dozen occasions, while in between calling me an idiot. EVERY TIME I SPOKE, they would yell my name and tell me to shut up and talk right over me, which got me to the point where I was in an absolute screaming match with them. They wanted to take $11, 000+ from my family, after spending many phone calls PROMISING we would never spend a cent with them. When I brought this up they said, you aren't spending money STUPID you are spending the banks money, are you TOO STUPID TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M TELLING YOU? I have never talked to a bigger jerk IN MY LIFE. I am determined now to blast this all over the net. All the positive reviews of them are from employees, or more specifically the guy who owns the company. The BBB reports and [redacted]s are MISLEADING, and only tell you this company is legitimate because of a technicality. They want to take thousands of dollars from you, to give you FREE training, no matter how long you spend losing money with them they will claim you didn't complete the course and you didn't work hard enough which is why you lost money. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Ivy Capital is a SCAM. Ivy Capital is thieves. Ivy Capital will LITERALLY take every cent you have available on all your credit cards AND STEAL IT. DO NOT speak to these people, they will scream at you and insult you, and harass you by calling back. [protected] - SCAM.

You generally have 60 days to dispute a charge to your credit card company. You fill out a simple form, and they often will "eat" the bogus charge themselves. Supposedly, they will also "go after" the bogus merchant, but their gutlessness is well-known.

I would dispute the charge asap. Chances are, they've already gotten disputes over Ivy Capital, inc.

Ivy Capital, Inc investment

I was fast talked into a money making scheme at a weak moment in my life. And a day later it dawned on me that I had charged $10, 880 on my Discover card to invest in their program. The program is too itense for me and the money is way too much for me to pay back. They are calling me every hour, every day still trying to confirm that i agreed with with program. I told last week I had changed my mind and wanted outbut they just had some other fast talker try to talk me into doing it. They've been harassing me and are not listening to what I am saying. I finally cursed them out today. But I'll bet they will begin to call at 8 AM tomorrow morning. I don't know how I could tell them my credit limit on my Discover card was $11, 000. What a dope I am falling for a get rich quick scam. I wish I had never got involved with Ivy Capital, Inc. I have reported them to the FTC and am trying to report them to Nevada's Attorney General but can't download their complaint form. I will contact California's Attorney General because that where I'm from and file a complaint against their business practices. They prey on weak individuals like me who will buy the Golden Bridge for $11, 000. What a dummy. They are predatory and aggressive. I am a pacifist. But they should have honored my desire to no longer conduct business with them when I told them a day later. Now it's been a week, and they are still calling. I cursed them out today. It's all I could do. They weren't listening to me. They continued their line and pushed hard trying to tell what I bought would bring wealth into my life and I wouldn't have any worries. Watch out for IVY CAPITAL, INC. They are associated with Jennifer Baxter's 6 figure income website.

I was ripped off big time by these scam artists. Approx $17, 000 total. Ivy Capital promises you marketing for your project and they deliver none ! And watch out for the phone call from Corporate Credit Concepts that follows 1 week after after you sign up. They are part of the same company and scam. They will take you for whatever you have left. Their game is to make you believe they can get you corporate credit, allowing you to transfer your debt to your business. Believe me, it never happens. All you are left with is more debt.
Anyone reading this ! Stay clear of Ivy Capital, ICI, CCC, FLS. ! All one in the same.
Another heads up, don't be taken in by their 3 day refund policy. ! Once they have your money you will never get it back again. They are PREDATORS, they seek out desperate people that need an income and a job. They are heartless, cruel, calculating and cold. They don't care if you succeed, you are not going to be part of an elite group, they just tell you these lies over the phone to steal your money. I had to take out a loan to get the debt off my high interest credit cards. Don't make the mistake I made. Stay clear of these scammers.

I do think it's interesting that they will max out a person's credit card...no matter how much we tell them is our available credit limit. Where does all that money go? Some people pay about $4000, like me - others 12k. I would like to see a print out of expenses - with the breakdown for each category (tools, marketing, etc) - and how much of our money actually goes into their pockets. I read on another complaint by an ex-employee that the "coaches" make $20 per hour. Why would you do that if you can make thousands of dollars every month on the web - and yet you are coaching OTHER people how to become wealthy? I don't get it. I smell a lie.
